SwimLabs Littleton treated us awful upon ending our swim relationship: we ended our relationship there for a couple of reasons one being that the make up lessons are only allowed one per month, and with a six year old she gets sick way too often, so we were not wanting to lose money. Secondly, there was no progress in her swimming. She had gone several months, and there just was really no progress. Group lessons are not the best way to go with. Also, the instructors always being switched probably 50 % of her lessons. I would get a text message stating that there would be a substitute teacher, so I just don’t think that’s just a really great way to keep them progressing. Either way we all can change direction right that’s our choice .. but when I called to cancel & when I called to get the swim card that was promised to us with her abilities of swimming to give to the new school Abbie was completely rude to me and hung up on my face, and just very very bad etiquette and bad customer service we were not happy with how I was treated. No business has the right to treat a customer so rude and to hang up directly in my face!
We started coming here for swim lessons after a not so great experience at our local rec center. Thanks to SwimLabs my kiddos are more confident in the water. They're actually learning proper stroke technique. And because class sizes are small they get quality instruction time whereas before they spent maybe 5 minutes with the instructor in a 30 minute class. If you want small class sizes, warm water, clean facilities and progress this is the place to enroll in swim lessons.
I am so thrilled with this place! I was always a swimmer but my kids have never really taken to it. Despite my best efforts and enrollment in various Parks and recreation versions of swim classes they never have really figured it out. Now they're at the age where friends are inviting them to go swimming and they can't go because they're not safe in the water without an adult and they certainly don't want me in the water with them. So I decided to give this place a try on the recommendation of a neighbor. I could not be happier. Everyone is very efficient and it starts on time. There's a variety of lesson options to meet your needs. They are flexible with scheduling. And everyone working there is completely engaged with the work they're doing, from the front desk to the teachers. There's an ample waiting room and a way to watch your kids on video screens overhead to know what's happening in the separate pools at all times. Today was our second lesson and my kids were in swimsuits before they'd even eaten breakfast, so excited to go. Afterwards my 10-year-old told me he would rather do swim lessons than video games. Literally the highest compliment he could give. 100% worth the cost and that said, the cost is completely reasonable for what you get. They are turning my floppy beached whales into fish! And also this place is clearly for people of all ages to learn how to swim. If you're an adult looking for a place to learn this is an ideal environment.
The instructors are very good in explaining proper technique. They determine my kids highlights and work hard on their weak areas to achieve speed and efficiency in swimming. Also, they are very patient with me on scheduling as I have 3 kids going to SwimLabs.
Unless you’re prepared for a constant administrative nightmare and new teachers every few months, do not send your kids here. I hated pulling my kids out because they loved their current swim teachers, but the constant mix ups and wrong charges became way too much. We were over charged and double charged I can’t even remember how many times, even though we gave plenty of notice over a month and a month and the week before when the kiddos would be out no one ever took note of it so we were charged and told there were issues with the kids doing makeups, the front desk staff aren’t exactly friendly and not to mention turnover is constant. You might love your kids coach, but the likelihood they’ll be there in a month is probably less than 50%. We’ve tried over and over hoping things would get better, and over the past 4 years they haven’t improved at all. This is the correct location, and I just pulled my kids out - per your policy - yesterday starting in august after the second makeup scheduling mess this week. My son Oliver has been going there for over 4 years including switching to private lessons so they could continue to go through covid and my daughter Sophia for 2 years.
I have really enjoyed taking my kids here for lessons. Madison is their instructor and they absolutely love her. They talk about her all week. They also get actual instructions from a professional and not just me trying to mimic an instructor as with most other facilities. My absolute favorite part of all though is that I don’t have to get in the water! Definitely worth the slightly higher prices.
I absolutely love this place. I will greatly miss a lot of staff members there and a lot of swim coaches. My son Nolan was there for quite a while and learned a lot. I know he will miss a lot of his swim teachers and a lot of staff members there too. Thank you for everything.
So friendly and welcoming environment! The instructors are incredible and make the entire experience fun. I highly recommend them for any adults looking to learn to swim!
Great, But I rather give 4 star, They move the pools sometimes of the coaches, it can get confusing to know where it is.
The staff and instructors are amazing! Everyone has been friendly and enthusiastic which makes us feel welcome and valued and that's very refreshing. And rare. Every instructor my daughter has had has been eager to teach and excited to discuss her progress. My 7 "and a half" year old couldn't love it any more. She counts down the days until her next lesson pretty much from the moment we leave the current one. We couldn't be more thrilled with our choice of SwimLabs!
