What to expect:
Members can expect a welcoming, fun, and friendly environment at SwoleTown Fitness. We limit our classes to smaller groups so that we can give our members the attention needed to keep them safe.
Our classes are a mixture of Strength and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). The classes are a total body, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. The intervals allow you to
“give it all you got” followed by a short rest period. This type of training keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat, and is SO MUCH FUN!
