I went into Dr. Pat’s last year with significant lower back pain before an international trip I was about to take especially when doing a lot of walking and was unsure if I could do the trip without pain, and unsure if it would ever be fixed. After the first adjustment, I immediately felt relief, and was able to walk 10 miles a day during the entire trip, without pain. I started seeing Dr. Pat more frequently after returning and feel much better than before I started seeing him. He’s very flexible, too and I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a chiropractor or who has bad experiences with chiropractors in the past.
I’ve been going to Dr.. Pat for about 3 years now. He is so knowledgeable, very professional and is excellent at what he does. You can tell immediately that helping people is his passion. He explains in full detail what exactly what he is working on in my back. I trust him wholeheartedly. He was referred to me by a friend. And I am so thankful I took my friends advice and went to Dr. Pat. He helped me with my sciatic nerve pain that other chiropractors I went to were not able to help me. The man has golden hands if you asked me. The real deal here, I highly recommend him.
Simply put- Dr. Pat Selimo is absolutely amazing! Dr. Pat is approachable, trust-worthy, knowledgeable, and precise. He always makes himself available when I have a question or need to schedule an appointment last minute. Starting day one- after his free consultation and having some x-rays taken; Dr. Pat and I reviewed the results from my examination & discussed the course of action that he believed would be best in alleviating the nagging pain I was experiencing in my knees, hips, and neck. I've been seeing Dr. Pat for three months now and the results have been astonishing! The pain is virtually gone and because of this, my quality of life has drastically improved. I cannot thank Dr. Pat enough! What I like most about Dr. Pat is that he is trust-worthy and personable. I had visited a ton of chiropractors before I met Dr. Pat, and none of them compare. More importantly than anything else, he truly cares about his patients. Our family has been going to Pat for several years now. We are so thankful for his care and friendship. A little over a year ago, my children and I were in a major roll over van accident. I had whiplash and a torn tendon/tendonitis from the impact. I was also dealing with major fear and PTSD and unable to drive long distances. Pat made the kind and selfless decision to drive up to where we live in Sussex County and provide chiropractic care at our home. He still travels to us every two weeks, just like doctors used to back in the day. Not only is Pat a kind and compassionate person, he is a doctor who listens and truly cares for his patients. And he is excellent at what he does! Getting adjustments from Pat has improved our quality of life and made us healthier and stronger. We strongly recommend his practice!

Pat I've been seeing consistently. I've Been going since before covid. When I 1st went after x rays. It showed, I had a slight curve to my spine. Was in pain and needed someone who was going to work on me. Dr. Pat over the course of 3 months took my health seriously. Went as far as what I needed to do to help myself at home to improve. Pat has been keeping me mobile and moving all thru Covid. Always has shown to have my concerns in mind and wants the best for his patients. I see him regularly. His service is above and beyond. I highly recommend Pat Selimo. He will do everything he can to help you. To make things better than you were, when you 1St walked in.
Dr. Pat Selimo reviewed my files from other chiropractors, made recommendations and quickly had a detailed discussion describing my diagnosis. It was an affordable alternative to surgery. I appreciate his professionalism and honest opinions.
Dr. Pat is awesome. He is very patient and very caring towards my family. He helped adjusting my mom so that she can walk again, from being in such excruciating pain and not being able to take care of herself for weeks. I had went to an Ortho because of should, neck and hand dysfunction. After two visits and a nerve conduction test, the ortho shall be nameless in Denville said "surgery". I know from being in the benefit area that you don't migrate straight to surgery so I was done with him. I went to see Dr. Pat, gave him a hard time saying I didn't want to get tied into constant visits and no improvement. Well, no surgery, adjustments and some hand exercises with a rubber band who would think got me in motion again without pain. He listens, looks at xrays if you have them, deciphers the issue and gets to work. I went for a while 3 times a week and then down to one, no surgery needed. Pretty great stuff and I am feeling better. Always get a second opinion and I highly recommend Dr. Pat at Synergy Chiro in Boonton. He fixed me!
Dr. Pat is one of the coolest, down to earth, and knowledgeable chiropractor in the area. I have been going religiously for the past year and my not only has my posture gotten better, I also have been sleeping better and waking up with more energy than before.
