The Synergy Team was incredibly helpful with my Mom and her memory issues. Very gentle, professional, and accommodating with her idiosyncrasies. Very good communication with my family. Never doubted they had her best interest in mind.
Working for Synergy is a dream come true. Clients are happy and I have heard lots of good news about it from their clients even today. The team is amazing, whatever you need they’re there for you to assist you with anything. They’re like family and that’s what it’s like to be apart of Synergy.
We had Synergy for roughly 2 months before my husband’s hospitalization. Every caregiver displayed complete responsibility, understanding and caring for my husband living with Lewy Body Dementia/Parkinson’s. The office staff could not have been more understanding with scheduling and those little schedule changes that happen in real life. I highly recommend Synergy based on my experience.
I can't thank the staff of Synergy enough for jumping in with emergency staffing for my father while we dealt with my mother's hospital stay and then the short notice transition of both of them to Assisted Living. The caregivers were great, all of them kind and patient with my father who has Alzheimer's. An extra shout out to Daniel, Lonnie and Chris who were absolutely fantastic with him. Nikki worked with us the whole time to make sure we were covered and that things went smoothly during the transition to the Assisted Living facility. We very literally could not have made all this happen without the help of the Synergy team.
I truly love my job! The clients are awesome, winsome, kind and appreciative. The administrative staff respect their caregivers and show they care about them. I get to meet and develop relationships with some amazing folks, whom I wouldn't ordinarily meet. If you like people and want to help out those who need a bit of help think about joining the folks with Synergy Homecare in Billings, MT. It's very worthwhile and rewarding work!
Synergy is an amazing company to work for. The clients are amazing people with some awesome stories to tell. The office staff is so nice and very accommodating of employees with families, they understand when you have kids sometimes things come up out of nowhere. I love working for them, best home Healthcare company I've ever worked for.
The team at Synergy is great. Robin is absolutely fantastic in her role as a home health professional. She’s wonderful with my elderly father, gets along with him great, and is extremely patient and caring in the way she attends to him. Sherry has been super to work with and does her very best to accommodate the needs of my father and mother. And Yolanda is pleasant and helpful every time I’ve spoken with her. Overall, it’s been great working with the entire team. Thanks for all you do.
We were so pleased with Synergy. They are very easy to work with. Our care giver, Joan, was wonderful and my mother and I were impressed at the relationship they built together. My family and I highly recommend Synergy to anyone looking for in home care. Synergy was quick, organized and very professional setting up care for our family member that was in hospice care. Sherry was wonderful, caring and extremely helpful through the entire process. Our caregiver, Candice, was beyond AMAZING! She went the extra mile for our family and we couldn’t be more grateful. It was a huge relief knowing he was in wonderful, caring hands throughout the day. If the situation ever arises, we will definitely use Synergy again. Thank you all so, so much!
Synergy Home health Care is probably the best company, in Billings, that I've worked for so far The Staff and Owners are fabulous! They work with your schedule, as well as being able to have the choice and pick up an extra job; if you need to. In whatever capacity I am able, I am probably always going to work for Synergy. Thank you so much Synergy, for all you do in our community in serving our elderly and veterans.
