I can't say enough good things about this company. They came to us when we needed them the most. They had caregivers that could fill all timeslots that we needed. My parents were well taken care of and happy!

Our family used Synergy for two different family members at different times and our Synergy team went above and beyond in both times of need.  We knew that we would eventually need help when my mother was terminally ill.  Her health took a sudden downturn and Synergy was there for us in an instant.  A year later my grandmother needed additional assistance and companionship.  Once again, we turned to Synergy and they were so easy to work with and excellent at matching the right caregiver to meet our needs. They guided us through extremely difficult times and gave us such peace of mind.  Having their expertise and knowledge was invaluable.  Highly recommend to anyone looking to ensure their loved one receives excellent care.

I personally think Synergy is the icing on the cake.  THEY CARE & their Caregivers have been top notch.   They will try to match clients with a Caregiver that more or less fits into the family picture.  My parents have a wonderful caregiver that shows she cares about them.  We are truly grateful to be a client of Synergy.   From scheduling to the caregiver and  even to those in charge we have had top shelf professional help.  Thanks Synergy With your help my days are more relaxed just knowing my parents are being helped by ones that care and love them too.  I'd give y'all 10 stars if I could!!!!

I am a court appointed volunteer guardian for Seniors in Baldwin County. I'm sure you can imagine the sad and deplorable situations I walk into so many times.  My most recent case is a mother 94 and hard of hearing living with her disabled daughter 68 in their home in Loxley.  I tried to meet as many of their needs as possible and I did not want to move them out of their home as I knew this would cause a decline for both.  I needed back up help-Synergy to the rescue!  Synergy's employee Courtney was assigned to take on this huge task and she went above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you all so very much for the wonderful supportive help you have given this family and myself.

My father has used Synergy for the past 3 years. The company is excellent! My father’s Health Aide is V. Payne. He is professional, and extremely knowledgeable— not to mention caring and compassionate. Our family is blessed to have Synergy as our company for my fathers healthcare needs.  Thank you!

Synergy has provided caregivers for my Mother-in-law for many years.  Staff have always been very professional and helpful. Yes, there's been a bump or two along the way, but the response has always been accomodating and handled professionally .  Well done, Synergy !
