This is the worst parking garage I have ever parked in. First, the pillars are an adventure to avoid when turning and parking. Second, a lot of the drivers treat this garage as if it were a normal parking garage, or even the highway, and just fly around the corners and on the ramps. If you have a standard size truck or bigger, avoid parking here because your truck might be too tall, and you might damage the vehicle thanks to those pillars. Whoever designed this garage was definitely sniffing the fumes from the Cuyahoga River
Be careful choosing to park overnight here. The maximum daily rate is $13 but it is based on the calendar date, not a 24 hour period. This isn't clear on the entry signage and we just paid $26 to park from 11p to 6:30a. Parking overnight on the street adjacent to the garage is free. Ouch.
Very dilapidated, signs very confusing and difficult to navigate through. Low clearance with no sign to notify. We had a late show at Playhouse square. No notice saying that garage closed at night. When walking back to the car could not get in the garage finally found a sign to get in walk around the block for garage access. When we got around to the other side to get in poor signage. We were unsure if that was actually they way to get in and there was not any direction how to access the garage. Thankfully someone was there that had key card access and let us in.
Excellent for EV vehicles, several chargibg options are available on the first floor upon entering immediately. Worked great! Downtown Cleveland has very few EV spots, quite pleased with this one.
Paid $20 to get in. Had to pay $25 to get out. I was told when I entered that all I needed was the parking card they gave me when I left but the garage door closed when I inserted my parking card and after the gate opened. We went back to the kiosk and had to pay again to get the door and the gate to open.
Great place to park. Safe & clean garage. Completely closed to outsiders at certain evening hours. Key Pass entry only after closing. Garage management is Excellent.
I was able to pull a ticket but there were no spaces open. I managed to get my mini van in a compact spot, only one left. The sign on the way in said that parking would be $12 for the entire day. However, to my surprise the meter said that I owed $23. Apparently $23 is an event parking price. I am from out of town visiting The Jack Casino and had no idea that there were events. With that said, be mindful of where you are parking. Would like to say thank you to the attendant who made it right and let me out. Appreciate you.
DO NOT go here if your truck or car sits above 6ft. You will not fit in the areas designated for the public to park. Luckily they let me stay downstairs out of convenience, but it is also very hard to maneuver in there.
Super expensive $27 U.S for 1 night of parking in a crack house horror show of a parking lot.
Wow, what investors can do with sucking money out, no Maintnance, no renovations, bad lighting, dirty and badly signposted. Next time somewhere else !
