The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Stayed over new years and was surprised how quiet it was at the hotel. It was absolutely perfect since we were looking to relax. Close to town, quick check in and out. Unfortunately couldn't do any hiking because it was raining so we definitely will be going back and we will stay here again. Highly recommended. Only cons were very minor. The vent in the bathroom was very loud when turned on. And the housekeeping does not clean room only brings towels. Rooms: They are spacious. Fireplace was nice. Balcony was big seating. Maybe out dated but I thought it was comfortable and had an updated phone charging deck.
The concierge was simply awesome. He helped us plan the trip well and had great insights about the surrounding areas. They have a nice pool and Golf area Golf was closed during our visit. They have a decent in-house restaurant as well. Only problem was that we had a tough time getting the room service to change our sheets as the housekeeping lady did not understand English.
Enjoyed my stay here. On the way to a great view of the red rocks. Has a nice grassy backspace and nice lobby. Staff all seemed friendly. Also pet friendly. The front desk loved my dog. Nice little place for a vacation as well. Be careful with the extra fees though
Rooms are dated but very clean and spacious, comfortable. They are dog friendly and our furry brat enjoyed the premises very very much. We had breakfast at their patio restaurant with our doggy, good food and great service. The premises are amazing, pics included.Rooms: 4/5
I got the elite suite and it looked just like the photos, big jet tub and all. California king was extremely comfortable and fit 3 people easily. The view of the grassy field was perfect and only a 5 min walk to the creek. It was a very peaceful vibe & the staff was friendly. I didn’t hear any noise from next door either which is a big one for me. Everything looked clean except for the shower/ tub combo. There was water stains and strange brown specs covering the bottom. When showering the tub was clogged and the water was cold we did shower at night maybe that had something to do w it the jet tub was hot tho btw. Also it smelled like ant spray upon walking in and the fireplace didn’t work but that was no biggie. I feel like with a little bit of an update I would have given it 5 stars. Overall I would return here & I do recommend this hotel
Hard to believe they call this a “resort”. We stayed there two weeks ago and paid a pretty penny for a lower level room since the rest were booked. It had no cell phone coverage. The room looked like it hasn’t been updated since the 70s. The bathroom was very tiny and built for someone 4 ft tall. The walls were paper thin and the room was extremely dark. Housekeeping didn’t come in until we complained. The property is well maintained and in a beautiful location but not worth the price at all.
We stayed two nights during the New Year’s holiday. We had an amazing time. The rooms are very nice size. King bed, fireplace, and a nice balcony to overlook the yards. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Sedona.
We had an amazing time at the resort considering it rained and snowed for the 3 days that we were there. The room was clean, the bed super comfy. We had a room with a fireplace and balcony even though we couldn't use it because of the weather. and thankfully a spa, pool and hot tub. The view was beautiful and the new restaurant, Willows, was really good too. We got a bunch of appetizers for dinner one night. It's a quieter location which is exactly what we wanted. I'd go back!
Very happy with our stay. I felt like we got a really great rate for the "elite suite" we stayed in. The in roo. Jacuzzi was awesome but does take awhile to fill so plan ahead for your soak!. Bed was among the best hotel beds Ive slept in. Front desk staff were very polite.Rooms: 5/5
I came for the weekend and had the most wonderful time. The room was perfect it had a wonderful big jacuzzi right there in the room. The bed was very clean and comfortable. I brought my two dogs and was in the dog friendly rooms outside of the room was perfect for the animals. Huge green lawn area it was beautiful as well as an area for dogs to do there buisness. The staff was amazing and accommodating. They have a text service you just text them and they help you with anything and everything. Answered all my questions and even offered to bring me a microwave right to my room if I needed it. I will be returning again and again. Absolutely loved it. Very close to all the shops right there in Sedona and plenty of restaurants that are amazing within 2 miles from the resort. Overall I would recommend this resort 10/10!
