Never dealing with the manager Debbie ever again. The behavior that Debbie approached me with is uncalled for. And the fact that the sweet front end staff have to deal with someone like that I feel astonished. I wanted a basket set that appeared to be a full set, I didn’t notice that they were all priced separately but was willing to pay for the baskets separately if that was the case. The lady in charge of up front with the red hair helped me the best she could and I appreciate that. But if you’re looking to be treated like your fraud all you have to do is visit a trip to Debbie at Tjmaxx. She will make sure to tell you she didn’t do anything as if your making up the behavior, while her staff smile cause they are just waiting for the day corporate catches on to the way she treats customers and staff and fire her.
Dog friendly and fun to shop when not looking for anything specific. Good pet section.
I came here on March 31,2023. I went to the fitting room between 6:30pm - 6:45pm. The senior lady working there at that time was condescending. She pointed at the women's sign, looked down at me and said, "That way is for women can you read?" I politely said "ok, thank you." I truly felt like i was treated like an idiot. Just for the record, I am well educated. I am very aware that the only reason she automatically assumed I can not read is because I am not caucasian. I could have made a scene and started an argument but I didn't. I am above that. I am posting this to let T.J.Maxx know what kind of employee they've hired.
The refund policy is absolutely ridiculous. We got a few items from the store and turned out they didn’t fit. The store gave me a refund on everything except anything that was over 30$ and claimed they weren’t in the system. Avoid this Tj max in particular!

Very disorganized compared to other TJ Maxx locations didn't find what I was looking for
I felt bad for the cashier. The line was really long and there were 3 other people working near her. But it took one of them til half the line was gone and one lady putting her stuff done and walking out. The cashier that waited on us was so nice. I use to work retail and I would of been thinking about finding a new job. There was no TEAM WORK there!!!
I went into this Stores location because it was the closest to my school. I wanted to make a quick a stop to buy a pair of new jeans because I had outgrown all of my old pairs and desperately needed a new one. Not only was I highly disappointed that I couldn’t actually try on my clothes due to Covid. But I was also extremely frustrated that I had a store employee follow me and my friend around as if we were going to steal. I am a Latina and my friend is African American. Not only were we not greeted by the greeter in the front entrance but I was treated like a criminal. Going isle to isle trying to GUESS the right size for me we were followed, it was extremely upsetting...The only reason why I even bought a pair of jeans, was to prove that I’m not a thief and I can afford to pay for my items. Had it not been solely because of my pride, I would’ve left the jeans and not even given this location my business. Noticing the front desk constantly spray their area to sanitize their station upon every check out was even more annoying. I don’t understand why they can’t do the same for the fitting rooms. I understand fully that caution needs to be taken due to Covid, but trying on clothes shouldn’t be this exhausting. Not to mention I don’t live close by so I wouldn’t even be able to easily return my item. None the less I’m never shopping here again. Worst experience ever
One Home Goods is pretty much like every other. That, in this case, is a good thing. Home Goods has a great variety of items - from furniture to furnishings, from kitchen gadgets, plates, silverware, pots and pans, and glassware, to interesting foodstuffs. They also have a large selection of pet items. Pricing can't really be beaten. They must buy enormous amounts of goods for their stores and the savings is passed along. I've been to probably a dozen Home Goods stores over the years. They are consistent in their appearance and in the fact that they are well stocked. They also have very good service at their check-out counters.
This is my favorite store I love this place I find everything in there sometime I have to pull myself away from the place
