TJ Maxx, "today" was a lot better than Burlington can't factory. I'm a bit bias, cuz I been shopping at the Maxx since I was a pre teen!
I use to love TJ Maxx! However, Now I feel like, they don't have the unique clothes or shoes they once did. Then they moved. Sure the store location is nice and bigger, but the feel of the "Search" is kinda gone. I miss the jewelry being different and some of my best pieces have come from "what used to be from a long time ago" Don't get me wrong this store is still really nice. I'm just personally missing the things that I feel make TJ Maxx, well TJ Maxx. ‍
Have the prices gone up a little here? Not complaining just wondering. Even with that question I really like this store. The staff are so helpful and kind. The clothes are actually basic styles you can build on. A lost of Stores like Ross’s do not have basic shirts and I found a bunch.
I went for a return 07/09/22 and the associate who was also a manger named Neda Biabane was not very helpful and gave the worst customer service I ever experienced. She was very biased and wouldn’t listen to my concern as a customer. I lost my receipt and she insisted that I didn’t buy the item from their store instead of making the proper verification on their system using the barcode on the tag which I politely requested her to do. She refused and said if I could give her a timeframe when I got the item she would be able to look it up. When I gave her a timeframe she refused to check again. She also claimed the item was not in good condition and was used but I explained to her that it was the reason I was returning it because I didn’t notice it when I bought it and no one used it from my end because it was going to be a gift for someone. I said I don’t usually return items if she wants to verify their system and I buy lots of things at this store but she wouldn’t give me that benefit as a customer. She was rude and very impolite and did not even apologize for any inconvenience. I understand there are fraudulent returns but I hope they do their proper verification or check before making a prejudiced judgement. If that’s the kind of manager working there I wouldn’t want to recommend them and I will not support their business. Make sure you are not going to return your item so you don’t get in trouble with that manager or find another associate who is helpful. Everyone else in that store has been helpful before except her.
Very surprised! Thinking it to be primarily an apparel store. There was a good selection of everyday needs including clothing. Nice selection of quality and availability in the means area. Now that the holiday shopping is past i would really enjoy going again.
i’m leaving this star here, for one because they do not treat their employees with respect at all. i worked at this specific location for quite a bit although once i found a new job i stopped working at this location. i still go in to see what they have quite frequently. although yesterday i had been in the store for not even 10 minutes and had gotten confronted by a COORDINATOR her name being melissa not even a manager about how i’m supposedly still using my discount card and that i need to turn it in. as if i dont know anybody that works with the company. this isn’t the first time it’s happened either i haven’t worked there for over a year now and they still harass me about some 10% off associates card. it’s not even that but anytime i go in there and purchase stuff there’s always a coordinator or assistant manager that’s watching what i’m purchasing etc. and i’m constantly always feeling followed. if you ever plan on getting a job here DONT! they will never look at you the same once you find a better job.

One of my wife's favorite stores. This is always a positive stop. She always find some great deals here. She shops and I catch a quick nap in the car after checking out the seasonal foliage.
Beautiful store very clean and organized. I was so happy to see such clean store .It’s so easy to find stuff when the store is clean . I love finding new things every time I come .
Very clean and well organized. Larger location conveniently located next door to the sister store Sierra Trading Post so make sure to swing in there while you are shopping.
