Worst experience. Would not recommend purchased phones after they said the coverage in my area was good. Had phone 12 hours and could not use at all bc no service. Was told by customer care and a lady at the saraland t mobile that they can wave restocking fees. Talked to manager and he said he wouldn't so pretty much I just handed them money for them to place the phones back on the shelf because one didn't get taken out the box and the other two was used for less then 24 hours. Don't use t mobile.
Does not open at 10am like it says. Waited outside til 10:30am on a Wednesday and nobody showed up. Need to update the opened time online. Came back at 12pm and the service was great.
Love the new store! But I will drive 10-15 minutes further to the next location just to get out of dealing with the unpleasant woman that works at this location. After she complained about us being the 3rd new customer in a row, She was very rude. She may not feel like she’s coming off as rude but she is! Or maybe she just doesn’t really know how to talk to people. I was in the store a total of maybe 5 minutes and heard 3 rude remarks from her, after she finished her talking I looked to my fiancé and told him I’d rather go to another location and that’s exactly what we did.
Frankie and the gentleman helping him, cant remember the red headed guys name sorry, made the transition over to T-Mobile nice and easy. They checked the different options to see what would be the best option for us. Our particular case took a bit of time to move over due to number of phones and amount of data being moved to the new phones but the guys stayed on it and made sure we were good to go before leaving. Frankie even called to follow up and made sure i had all the details and links I needed for my account setup, refunds, and verifications from the day before.
Great experience the young man that helped me had me in and out.
I came in the store on a Sunday desperate for a charging block for my brand-new iPhone and Frankie and Trevor were so helpful and friendly and helped me set my whole phone up. Frankie really went above and beyond, so grateful for you guys. thank you T-Mobile you saved my week!
Awful women working at this location, first going in the store she acted like I am bothering her, I came in for a screen protector which is under warranty, bought a Zagg originally. Told her it was a Zagg and she never heard of Zagg. She is working for TMobile for 3 years and never heard of Zagg yet she had one in her hand. Tried to tell her Invisashield is Zagg. But she was too insistent that they never sold Zagg. This women should not be working in customer service she has no idea what it is . I came in for a warranty screen protector and leaving I will switch my account somewhere else TMoblie does not deserve my business.
I had a very positive experience at this store. Associate manager Alisha and sales associate Gabe were very informative and beyond helpful. They explained an alternative option for a plan for me that would work with my work needs to travel internationally as T-Mobile no longer offer the tourist pre-paid plan that I had been using for years. I appreciate their patience and time. Great way to start the new year!
Seriously needed help and the dollor amount increased when available online gives store associate their commission. Please be more business oriented. Fasle advitosing to my family like we share same laptops
Sat in the store after coming from another location who was sold out of thia particular item for almost an hour. Store representative helped 2 othwrs customer bedoee me and when I beought it to their attention they acted as if they had selective amnesia. I literally sat directly in front of one and the other greeted me as I walkes in the door. When I mentioned it they tries to play the guessing game between them...unacceptable ans not appreciated.
