Poor customer service. I bought a phone for my daughter, and traded in the old phone for a credit. Big mistake. We never received the credit or the promised discount. After getting no help locally, I called Verizon customer service. I was repeatedly put on hold before getting cut off after 90 minutes. I would not return to this location.
Poor customer service. Absolutely was not explained that if I purchased a case WITH CASH & to return it that it would have to mailed as a check. Go to a corporate store. Do not waste your time here.
No one would help me with questions about my account or my home internet . When I returned the jet pack it cost me over 108.00. Terrible customer service.
Jason and Joey helped upgrade my phone yesterday. They went above and beyond! I would recommend these two men and Pamala who was also a gem. Great store if you have any issues with your phone.

I usually have great service from the Saraland store, but today I called about an overnight delivery from Friday that isn't showing up until Monday to let them know not to promise an overnight delivery so people wouldn't get upset with them. The person I spoke with was rude and just wanted to get off the phone with me and hung up on me. I'm not a happy person with the way I was treated.
My husband and I have been a Verizon customer for years; but never have we experienced such personal service that we received from Jason at the Saraland store. He took time to assist us in selecting phones, and showed us all of the features. He even made a follow-up phone call to see if we could operate our phones and if we had any questions.
Great experience here. Joey Clark worked with me and my family for two hours and got us transferred from AT&T no problem! He was very knowledgeable about the phones and how to get everything set up on our phones, it was awesome!
My brother and I visited the Saraland Verizon store with a problem and Mr. Ricky James solved all the problems for us. He was efficient, answered all our questions and was very pleasant. I highly commend him and feel you are lucky to have him as an employee.
I had to wait to when I arrived but comfy chairs were provided. Amazing customer service. Nice atmosphere. Melissa was very helpful and so quick with setup. So far, my new service is spot on! Bravo!
