I wish I could say I had the same awesome experience that other people had but unfortunately I did not. After sitting here for over 20 minutes waiting for an associate to help me while the manager stood around looking important but doing nothing, the rep comes over and says they don't have the phone I need in stock. 20 mins ago I told this manager what I was here for and what phone I wanted. She told me to wait on an associate. I asked her if she knew how to do the transaction and she said she did, but I'd have to wait on someone else. I'm kind of annoyed that she didn't even know that the phone wasn't in stock. She could've at least looked into that as I was sitting around waiting.

I went in with an issue that my girlfriend was experiencing about billing. Andrew L is awesome. Great customer service and handled our issue with customer care. Andrew deserves a raise.

Horrible customer service and staff. Extremely rude, disrespectful and unhelpful - specifically Destiny G. The associates are really rude and have no customer service etiquette. They first told me there is no store manager  and then finally told me he cannot be reached - then said he was on PTO. Avoid this store if you need any actual help. I don’t even have an account with them and received a bill. They couldn’t even provide any written contract with signatures for any account.

Met an amazing rep there Shanelle and she was so helpful, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I upgraded 2 devices with her help.

Now, when I think of customer service I think of Mauro and Destiny. They did an exceptional job taking care of my mom from the greeting to getting my mom a new phone. Thank you for showing us 5 star customer service still exists.

Really terrible customer service. Don’t know why my family and I continue to put up with your rude and condescending staff for years at the Edgewater location. Will be going to Fort Lee from now on maybe they’re better.

Very bad customer service. The staff kept flirting with the customer while we were waiting for the service .

This store probably is the best Sprint/T-mobile store in the area. Store is conveniently located, with plenty of parking options and the experts at the store always try their best to provide exceptional services. I've been coming to this store for last 3 years and I want to highlight my experience with ANDREW last two visits.  I visited the store in early May to purchase a new Samsung phone for my mom for mother's day gift. When we were introduced to Andrew, Korean speaking expert, he not only tried his best to find the promotions to save us little more money and offers the best option in our budget, he acted with patience and compassion. He was available to answer all the questions about the products as well as navigate and transfer all the datas. He was very personal and professional.  I was in the store again tonight and luckily I was able to meet Andrew to find the upgrade for my brother. Andrew again were truly efficient for finding the best option. I highly recommend here if you are looking for an upgrade or technical service  :
