I do not recommend this location. We are long time T-Mobile customers and decided to visit this quieter location to upgrade our devices. We were told one of our devices wasn't eligible for an upgrade due to the water damage detector being activated. She began the upgrade process on our other device and didn't seem to know what she was doing. Partway through the process, I asked a question which led the employee to tell me the upgrade program is for "any device, any condition." When I asked the employee when she was going to tell me that my device was indeed eligible for an upgrade, she responded "I was going to tell you when you turned around to talk to me" This was, by far the worst customer service I have ever received in a T-Mobile location. The employee was incredibly rude from the very start. We went up the hill to the busier T-Mobile store in Bonney Lake and had our upgraded devices in under an hour. Don't waste your time at this Summer location.
Read a lot of previous reviews and can't help but comment that people need to read the fine print and ask the right questions or document what they were told before they commit to purchasing a new phone or contract. This store is not responsible for remedying your incompetence and short sighting on the bigger corporation's goals of keeping you in the loop. If you are comparing prices or deals, have the representative print out the deal code that you are about to get locked in on and read it carefully. I cannot remember the female rep's name, she was quite tall and she confidently was able to give me the information I needed to make my own decision about an upgrade and didn't push anything on me. I have never had a bad experience here other than the first time I did an upgrade and made the mistake of looping in the accessories in my monthly payment. The traffic here is quite smaller and the reps are pretty quick at getting you what you need. Don't be a dummy.
While the gal who sold me a new phone was very nice, I am extremely disappointed in my experience. The two gals said that I don't need my SIM card. What?? After I got home, it took me about three hours to figure out how to get my texts to go through and to finally get an internet connection. It was ALL related to the SIM card that they said I didn't need. I really think electronic stores should have more knowledgeable employees.
The BEST place if you’re looking for GREAT customer service! Karsyn was so patient and really went 10 extra miles for me. Karsyn and Bri have some of the best service I’ve ever seen!!!! These are the girls to see when purchasing a phone! Thanks ladies!!!!!
The store is so nice and full of pretty girls. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely my store of choice.
Austin’s customer service stinks. We bought an iPhone 13 for our child as a Christmas present and the QR code to activate the rain was expired. Went to the store to ask for help and was told that since we didn’t buy the phone from that store they wouldn’t help us. He told my wife on the phone it was messed up that we didn’t buy the phone from them and they didn’t make money from it. My suggestion is you go in ask for Austin decide on a phone you want to buy and then order it online. If these are T-Mobile employees they should be willing to help the customer. Interactions like this cause customers to switch carriers. We should get and deserve better than this employees actions
Alexis has great customer service!!! Very kind and polite very helpful, her kindness alone will make us comes back.
great experience. the salesperson that helped was new but her manager took time to help walked her through everything he was patient and understanding took his time to make sure she was confidant
Unethical and rude staff. The staff told me that my phone, which was stuck in safe mode, would not be eligible for a warranty replacement because it was stuck in safe mode which makes absolutly no sense. He told me my options were to buy a new phone or try 611 but he told me that if I called customer service I would still have a hard time getting it replaced. But, if I i didnt want to buy a new phone there was nothing they could do in store. The staff never looked at my account, or any help tutorials they have access to. However, he could complete his McDonalds order in front of me while I waited. Upon going up to Bonney Lake, they not only fixed my phone being stuck in safe mode but placed a warranty claim due to the software glitch to get a new phone. My new phone arrived within 24 hours. Do yourself a favor, go Bonney Lake. It will be a vastly better experience.
We were told about a promotion regarding trading in phones and receiving a discount for new iPhones. We came into this store to inquire on more details and were specifically told we would could trade our old iPhones and 11 & 8+ for new iPhone 13’s and only owe an extra 40$ on our bill. We were told this by one of the reps in the store. After purchasing the phones and adding them to our plan we later discovered there was no such promotion and the rep had no idea what she was talking about. We noticed while we were in the store the other two kids who worked there were staying in the back room ordering fast food and not helping. The girl who helped us wasn’t even from that store. To make matters worse, when we contacted the store manager to explain the issue and how we were extremely misled, he was absolutely zero help. He did not want to give the contact info for the regional leader I believe it was and basically told my boyfriend that there was nothing he could do. Thankfully customer service was able to help us and we got a credit , but we still owe an extra 80/month on our bill. We would have not gotten the phones if we knew it would be that much. We only bought them because of the promotion we were told about. It seems the reps at this store have no idea what they’re talking about and the manager doesn’t care to rectify situations that occur due to his employees’ ignorance. Reading other reviews it sounds like this isn’t the first time this has happened.
