This T-Mobile store is the best cell phone store in Memphis. Great customer service. They will greet you nicely and will get anything you need quickly and perfectly. Very professional store will gladly come back if I need too.
Always fast and friendly service for great prices. There's always some type of deal going on and the guys here really help to make a good wireless service buying decision. Would recommend!
Great location. Can shop and upgrade my phone in one stop. Also they have some of the most patient reps. Just gets busy after 3 pm. Which is why I gave 4 stars
Unprofessional and incompetent from first step in the store. Pretty sure an employee did some illegal things trying to log their manager into the POS when they weren’t in the store or on the clock. Even the GM that was in the store wasn’t knowledgeable at all. Asking her untrained employees what to do. Wouldn’t recommend sprint service either.
Worst Sprint store ever,I was in the store for 5 hours and I had to comeback next day!!! If you do go, ask for Josh

Went and got my new upgrade last week. Me and my partner had a glorious experience. We were helped by 3 of the employees. One, i believe new manager. Despite weekend traffic and technical issues, everyone was so informative and helpful. The lady who was our check out wouldn't let me leave without my receipt, of which saved me today. Kudos. Will try and do all sprint business at this location. I'm so sorry i don't recall names. But we harrassed one employee about how cute her baby was and the new manager was just delightful.
