Really good indoor mall. Plenty of areas to park my truck and be outta the way. Milo had a blast and met some nice folks shopping. I had a good meal and got a vape.
This is a nice, little mall. It is small, by Galleria standards ours is 4 or 5 stories tall and we walked both floors and went in the majority of the stores that interested us in about 2 hours. The escalators were all working and the facility was clean. There is a play area downstairs that my kids were all too old for, but they thoroughly enjoyed the arcade. There are plenty of options in the food court with lots of seating. We saw security officers frequently, and saw officers rounding with K9 units, so we truly felt safe during our visit.
Went shopping at JC Penny. Big sales this time of year. Remember to look up their coupons on line to use when you check out. Saved me $50 dollars. Great store.
They have great deals to me and on Halloween they always come together in the whole mall and give away candy if your child is dressed up with a custom. The food selections could be a little better and I wish they will update some of the decor but other than that is a mall so what can I say. A lot of stores have left and new ones are in and another thing that makes this mall different is they always are changing and adding new stores. It does have a movie theater in it so not all bad.
You know how it goes with malls in the Memphis area if you've lived here long at all. This is pretty much the last one still standing and it's well on its way to suffering the same fate. Used to be so many cool stores to check out but now it's dwindled down to just a few that aren't clothes stores, and those clothes stores are clearly aiming for a specific demographic. That's all fine and beautiful but there's not much to interest me there anymore. Every couple of years my rating will probably go down until this mall is as gone as the others. For now at least though, it's okay as long as your car doesn't get broken into in the parking lot and you don't get shot.
Typical, usual shopping mall with Macy’s, Dillard’s, JCP etc. there is no upscale store, mostly all decent, economic and affordable stores with stuff for families. They have a food court with typical good stops, along with a Cheesecake Factory on site. The parking lot is huge, still I find struggle to get parking at a nearer position most of the time. The restrooms are manageable. I love going back for Lush, and other stores.
This place is going downhill. It is the upcoming Mall of Memphis, the up and coming Hickory Ridge Mall, and will go the way of Oak Court Mall...it is absolutely sad to see this happening before my eyes. A CONVENIENCE STORE in a mall... My mind is blown. I remember when it was nice. By the time my children's children get older this Mall will be imploded like the Mall of Memphis. Sad...just sad....
This was a very nice shopping mall. All of the high end stores can be found here. It is very large on the inside and even during it's peak hours this mall never felt over crowded. The food in the foodcourt was amazing. My family if 5 ate lunch for $50. There are some rides here that cost money but keep the kids settled down. This place is well managed and the restrooms were very clean.
The only real mall in Memphis Enter the mall today-12 3 22- to get my steps in, it looked like the mall had no cleaning staff all. The trash containers where all running over inside and out side the mall. The Christmas decorations where up and Santa and the Christmas tree were on full display. I think Simon's mall did a great job the holiday, they could do better job with the trash cans. I will be back tomorrow for more steps.
My happy place, I go for movies shopping almost every weekend and it’s always clean, well maintained and lively. Good number of stores available.
