We got two Doritos Locos Tacos, two Beefy Crunch Burritos, one Grilled Cheese Burrito beef and a Spicy Potato Soft Taco. All were fresh and hot. The burritos were super stuffed and not underfilled like most other locations do these days. This location also offers Wild Cherry Pepsi! That's a plus. The cashier was friendly, it was just slow. But that's ok because we got our food fresh and hot. The atmosphere isn't really that Mexican or Tex-Mex. It feels too "modern". Overall, not a bad experience. This location and the Mentor one across from the mall are one of the few good Taco Bells left! Parking: About 22 parking spots. Wheelchair accessibility: Two ramps for wheelchairs. One in the front, and another near the drive-thru.
Worst location I’ve ever been to, my girlfriend ordered 2 nacho Doritos locos tacos, were completely empty, $13 for 2 tacos with all tortilla, dressing and lettuce, called back up there and talked to the manager, told us that’s how they’re supposed to be made and if she ever got more from any other restaurant they’re overserving, then proceeded to hang up on her. So I called back and talked to another manager apparently there was 3 managers working in the middle of a Sunday with no one in the restaurant, they proceeded to tell me the same, didn’t even offer to look at that food as proof it was done wrong, would give them zero stars if I could
I honestly don’t know why people were giving such bad reviews about this place. I’ve been to a few Taco Bell‘s in my life and this is one of the best I’ve been to. I really don’t know why it’s been given such bad reviews. The lady in the drive-through yesterday was super super nice nicer than Chick-fil-A employees like everything was running. Everything was made hot and fresh like again. I don’t know why it was giving such a bad reviews. I’m definitely going here again. I’ll definitely drive 15 minutes to come here then five minutes to go to one down the street that sucks. Keep up the good work.
Ate here multiple times over the past two weeks and its pretty hit or miss. I get the exact same order every single time I eat here and you never know if it will actually be right. It doesn't even matter if it's busy, check your bags and make sure its right before you leave. My order is a slightly modified meal directly off their menu and yet they still give me completely wrong items and sometimes items that I just flat out didn't order. Don't bother asking for no ice most times, you'll get it anyways. Overall, very mid and nothing to go crazy over. It's just a Taco Bell.
I have never had such bad service and bad food in my entire life. I haven't eaten a Taco Bell probably in 30 years. My kids wanted to go, they were never at a Taco Bell, when we got our food and they looked at it they started laughing at it. It was so small and ice cold. They actually went back to the counter to ask him if this is what it should look like. I felt like it was a scene from the movie falling down. Needless to say I don't think I'll ever step foot in a Taco Bell again!
As a Dasher this is one of the worst places to pick up from. The staff really does not care who is in the lobby or to have the food ready. I usually have to holler at someone to get helped even after they have looked right at me. The store is always dirty. They need a manager to come in the way Wendy's did and turn the store around.Food: 3/5
The tacos made us all sick.. the shells for the Doritos tacos were stale and had a really nasty after taste. Was not a pleasant ride home in the car with everyone having bad gas and a constant need for a toilet. Just awful.Food: 1/5
Should reduce their hours to get more staff, 15 min in the drive thru Thurs night at 7 and no one moved except cars leaving the line. I know staffing is an issue but don't stay open late if you can't service people at dinner time.Service: 1/5
Quick service, food was good. Nice to be at a taco bell that actually took their time putting the tacos together rather than thrown together and squished.Food: 5/5
If i could give no stars i would. Never good service. Ordered fron "kiosk " because there's never anybody at the front counter. Was going to pay cash like I've done before..... and they claim they didn't get the order. After we stood there for 20 mins waiting for it. Not sure how long the doordash guy had to wait for someone to come and meanly ask him "what he wanted". When he told them what he was there for they told him hold on...preceded to throw the food on the counter at him then walk away. This location needs better, nicer employees. Maybe ones that don't Blair rap garbage on the radio behind the counter so that they can hear customers at the counter. We didn't even get our food..
