The food was as expected, but it was raining when I picked up my order, via the drive-thru. There are no rain awnings, so in the short time I ordered, then received the food at the window, the interior of the vehicle and my left side were completely drenched. I should have picked it up at the counter.Food: 4/5
Went through the drive thru. Got a asiago chicken sandwich. The chicken was so dried out I threw it in the trash. Waste of money.
At the end of March, Wendy's changed the chicken in their salad and wraps from patties to some "pre-cooked chicken piece" nonsense. It has lead to noticeably worse food quality and taste. I ordered an apple pecan chicken salad today and was so disappointed by the chicken in it I will never order one again. The staff here is nice thoughFood: 1/5
Service was subpar considering all of the employees were busy with everything but work. I ordered the biggie five meal and items were forgotten, my sandwich was barely edible, and when I went back for unreceived items I was made to feel like a bother. The girl dropped my cheese sauce on the floor then with attitude said your welcome then laughed with other employees after she gave me my items. Very disappointing. I guess you don't have to care about or do your job because employers are desperate.
Cleanest Wendys I have ever visited. Food was very well prepared, not thrown together like some places.Food: 5/5
We stopped on July 19, 2022 in between stops in and around Chardon and ordered our food after not having had Wendy's in a while. What followed was the worst Fast Food experience of my life. We got our food and drink and the workers were nice, but a quick sip of the pop soda and it was terrible. My wife and kids tested their pop too and had the same issue, so I pulled back into the drive-through line. When I informed the worker in the speaker we heard a young girl's voice rudely say "what's their problem?" on the other end and lectured us about the "sign" they posted on the ordering screen - photo attached. She told us that no refunds would be given and that only a water or tea would be traded out for the terrible pop, which they did not describe correctly as it was not "flat" - it was tasteless. I tried to politely mention that the sign was not an effective means of communication given it is white and plain around vibrant colors and, let's be honest, when you are looking for a quick bite to eat most people are not searching for a piece of paper taped above the screen to see what is wrong today. My attempts to have a polite discussion were thwarted by more rudeness. The situation got far worse at the window as we decided we needed something to drink, even if just water. Now two girls were at the window and I said to the girl who took my money originally that "whoever I just spoke to on the speaker was rude and should not be working in customer service." The dark-haired girl with glasses was then as rude as ever. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed she was the manager so I asked for her name and she said "I'm not giving you my name, I am a minor." I told her she should use a more customer-friendly tone and she snapped back. I have never seen anyone handle a food service job so poorly in my life. This reflects poorly on the General Manager who hired and put their trust in this girl, and Wendy's as a corporation. In the end you have long-time customers with no desire to go back to this Wendy's or any other. Our money was taken by this company and we did not get what we paid for, and I guarantee I am not the only one with an experience like this. I am never the one to throw a fit after a bad eating experience as we have all had them, but this one was the extreme that is worth noting. I understand customer service and signage/design/communication in my profession, owning and running multiple businesses over 15+ years, and I would give the customer service the lowest grade possible in this case. I appreciate the attempt at the sign on the speaker, and I am sure they had limited resources, but it simply was not an effective way to get the point across.
While this is a chain the experience isn't always the same. Over the last year I've had Wendy's 3 times. Today was my 4th. My go to has always been the baconator. Not in the last year, the 1st one was like a mini sandwich, reminded me of a bacon mcdouble. But maybe they though I meant son of baconator. The second, it had no bacon on it. And the last time, it had no sauce. That's alot of meat for no sauce, but this trip, which we never go to chardon, so this might have been our first time there, was perfect. Fries were hot, frostys were cold. And our kids and neice loves the freestyle machine. And the counter clerk was friendly.
Drive through was backed up, but everyone was very friendly despite the growing line.Food: 4/5

This Wendy's is good and bad sometimes. Just depends on who is working I guess. Sometimes my food is delicious and sometimes it's like burned and not good.Food: 4/5
