We went through the drive through at 1:30pm on a Sunday and we had a great experience. The woman who took our order was so friendly I would have left her name but it looks like she was logged in as John. The food was all very fresh as well. One hundred percent the best drive through experience I’ve had at any fast food place in the DMV.
My meal was fresh hot and tasty. The staff was friendly and the drive- thru was pretty quick with my order.
They were super kind to me and made sure to get my meal right. I have a combo number 7 and with a chicken taco so yummy. Get chicken always !! The customer service was great.Food: 5/5
Today I only ordered 2 orders, I paid with a $100 bill, they returned $50, they didn't give me a receipt or anything, when I looked at the bill that they had given me, I realized that it was false, I went back to claim, they told me that without the receipt, no I couldn't do anything I told them to check the cameras and the manager only told me that nothing could be seen on the cameras so I even checked them, there were 2 Hispanics at the window and they just laughed with each other and they didn't give me my money back money
3/13/2020 ordered thru app. Went to counter to get my order, they gave my order away to someone else. I had to wait for them to make it again. No biggie, things happen....BUT... 3/20/2020 this time I use the drive thru so I get my order in a timely fashion as now I don't trust the app. I order three triplelopas with steak and three soft taco Supremes. When ordering she informed me that it would an additional $2 each for the steak. No problem. When I got home, all three triplelopas were ground beef. Inside the bag looked liked they dumped one of the tacos in it so the contents were everywhere, with further inspection that's what happened. With the first order I figure, oops. Today's order, now you owe me money.
Food was good, inside ordering was ONLY by kiosk, but pretty fast as lobby was pretty empty.Food: 4/5
The best fast food place with the greatest and most beautiful persons I have ever incoubntered the food was clean and delicious I'll come back over and over again I ordered the cheesy Fiesta potato and quesadilla with fiber sauce thanks juju and team

The cashiers tell everyone to order from the kiosks. I suppose the kiosks can be convenient; however, it is generally much quicker to order through a cashier because they are familiar & experienced with the system. There are also various modifications, substitutions & requests which the kiosks do not accommodate, and when there aren't any employees taking orders it is often difficult too get someone to come to front to tell them. I'm very happy that the Mexican pizza is back! However, the one I got today was rather pathetic looking and the ingredients were not portioned correctly. They also neglected to provide me a utensil to eat it with and there were none at the condiment station. Vegetarian options: Taco Bell has offer many vegetarian items for a long time Parking: Parking lot is tight, somewhat difficult to get in & out of spaces.
