I don’t know where y’all find these employees but I’ve been here three times and they have the worst attitude and work ethic I’ve prob found in two years. Decided after the third time wasn’t even worth giving Money to the location. Super sad considering I order our entire store food weekly here. Never again.Went elsewhere instead.
To does the job if you're picking up an order. Had several problems with rewards and incorrect items/ignored customizations, which is a shame but the food is always cooked wellFood: 3/5
I always want Taco Bell but it's never as Satisfying as I remember. Don't get me wrong, it has its moments, but they keep adding and then taking away the good stuff. The crispy chicken taco where the chicken was the shell, my wife loved that, the 7layer was a classic I never thought would go away, even back in the day the fajita burrito, boy I miss that.
Ordering vegan tacos are expensive. I remove almost everything, then add toppings per my choice. Why is it, every order is wrong. Speaking to the manager doesn't work. She screamed at me, in front of everyone. Blaming me for the hair in my food. When they replaced it, she punched the bag into my hand. I remained calm because I'm exhausted after working long hours. Do better taco bell. This is not the first wrong order out of this location. Definitely a first for a staff member to curse at me, punchy hand, and snap.
Been awhile since we have eaten at Taco Bell. Had the beef bean burrito. Disappointed Taco Bell food quality has slipped.Food: 2/5
Food was pretty good, but drive-thru was pretty slow considering there only 3 cars in line!!Food: 4/5
Ordered drive thru at night around 10pm. Lady forgot to include all the food, which is somewhat understandable, and it is kind of a standard now in the fast-food Industry. I drives around the drive thru and told her nicely they forgot to include certain items and her response was just totally rude.
Many of these employees are inept and rude. If they were in the least bit personable, it would go some distance in creating patience for their stupidity and laziness. Alas… Vegetarian options: It sucked
Signs say open for breakfast..... I've been waiting an hour in the drive thru and you're not talking to me. It's gonna be lunch soon. The lady in the drive-thru mean mugged me while she's texting on her phone. So I called and she rudely informed me that they don't have enough workers. . . Maybe if she wasn't texting, she could make a taco.
Very friendly employees at the drive through window!!! Quick service. Good portions.... but there is no reason to even rate this kind of food...... we all know that this should not be part of our diet...
