Service is about as friendly as what you'd expect at the Walpole prison and they always forget to include the sauces no matter how many times I remind them at the drive-thru but other than that it's a pretty typical fast food spot. The girl taking orders sounds and acts like this is the worst part of her life, and heaven forbid you cinnamon my twist, but the gentleman I handed my card to was honestly so sweet I hope he gets a better job elsewhere. Thank you dude and thanks for the kindness.

So we went to the Drive thru at this location because we had went through before and it was really quick, we only had $10.00 between us so we wanted to get a few soft tacos. The tacos are $1.99 each we ordered 2, a taco supreme is $2.79 we ordered 1. We get to the window and the cashier's face was Blank, no hello, no eye contact, she just stuck her hand out took our money, when she handed back our change 33 cents fell to the ground. My friend Julie asked for the change that fell the cashier Marie, stared at her with a blank expression, turned her head, shut the window, and just sat there. Not even a thank you, RUDE! Julie said excuse me twice with no response, so we drove away. Now we get home about 7 minutes later open the bag, and the tacos are cold, not warm, cold! The soft taco shells are hard around the edges! It's like they re-nuked them after they sat around over the 10 minute limit. And there was hardly anything to them. I really really dislike giving any establishment a negative review but the cashier was horrible, we didn't get all our change, but mostly the food we bought with our last $10 was pitiful. I am disappointed in the management that let this particular crew put out substandard food and let that employee/cashier, the face of this Taco Bell location that night,near any customers.

No mas. Came here because of deceptive Taco Bell ad showing burrito, taco and drink for $5. There was no promo. Settled for a burrito and drink. Burrito barely had any beef despite the knowingly misleading website images. It was more of a beef sprinkled mushy, cheesy beans burrito. My, first and last time at Taco Bell.
Maybe if they hired someone that spoke English or didn’t mumble on the speaker and could stay off their phone this place would get your order right and wouldn’t be rude when they obviously messed your order up. By far worst fast food place I’ve come across
Had bad experience at Stoughton MA one. Overcharged at drive thru. Cashier initially refused to honor posted price on sign. She had someone check price, gave me quarter back, slammed window. I called customer service, they gave me coupon. I went back, they refused to honor coupon, called customer service again Woman called claiming to be owner and apologized. I went back today and they argued with me and told me they didn't need to take coupon, no woman owned it, corporate told them to refuse coupon etc. Very Rude staff on duty.
Double check ur order. They rarely get it right if it's more than a few itemsFood: 4/5
