I am so sick of the employees at this spot make you wait 10min at the drive thru speaker after waiting 20min in line then pay at window only to be told pull back behind the poll and wait another 10 min. Why does management and corporate allow this. Let’s not mention the attitude. Take a look at the time on the clock. Look at the arm wave lol so unprofessional how about at least have me park and walk it out to me. Naw they can’t to lazy

Disgusting, unreliable, and a terrible experience. This location got our order wrong as well as ends breakfast early? I went this morning for it and it was 10:40. Breakfast is supposed to end at 11 and the lady told me they were done with breakfast. Never have had a taco bell be done with breakfast before 11.
Ordered on the screen since there was not anymore at the register. Two folks after I ordered got their order and watched as #3 order was being prepared. Walked out. Maybe only folks who pay on the order screen are important. I opted to pay cash and since no one at the register maybe that was the problem. My observation is two prep lines one for drive through and the other in store purchases. Who I assume might be the Manger was more concerned about the doors than a line of folks waiting for their food. I did observe a young man wondering about the prep area. I guess his job is to walk around collect a pay check and not assist the poor over work woman trying to get the orders out. A complete fail. Worst experience at Taco Bell.
Terrible service in the lobby. I only wanted an iced coffee... I waited 10 minuts while the manager made 2 phone calls on her cell phone and laughed with one of the employees. All that for her to come to the register and say they don't have iced coffee ... Also I do think taco he'll food is gross.. however the breakfast is pretty damn great and it shocks me as well to think about it but I can't deny the breakfast is pretty bomb.
The worse EVER. Always out of something, always gets your trapped in that drive thru you can’t get out of. Horrible. Todays excuse too many Uber orders so can’t do drive through only app. DONE!!!! AvoidFood: 1/5
I visited this store sat at the drive through speaker for an unreasonable amount of time. Literally several minutes, while every minute or so, asking "hello" before an attitudinal punk hoodlum comes on the speaker and says "Hold on Im texting" So i pull away from the speaker and to the window in an attempt to place my order, only to be told by the same punk kid. He wont take my order at the window, even though I just spent several minutes trying to order at the speaker and now there is a long line of cars, due to this punk kids need to text, being more important than needing to work. I asked for the manager Hoping the manager was an intelligent, useful individual. Instead I get the same attitude of "we cant take your order at the window" even though they apparently wont take your order at the speaker, if they are busy texting. So I park, and go inside, obviously aggrivated. I get left to stand at the counter several more minutes, before I finally loudly ask if they are closed, since they wont take my order at the speaker, or the window, and now apparently at the counter. The female manager began to get an attitude, before another employee was bothered enough to actually take my order. I pay for my food, and receive my drink cup. Then the drink machine was broken, so I was given an empty cup.... for a drink machine that doesn't work. I then returned to the counter and handed them back the cup and tell them I want a refund. DONT go to this total "HOLE" of a taco bell. The staff literally have attitudes about you having you wait almost 10 minutes between the speaker, window, attitudinal manager, and finally at the counter, only to be given a cup for a drink machine that doesn't work. Useless employees, dirty looking store, the staff will literally get an attitude if you interrupt their texting with the major inconvenience of wanting to order their food. Honestly after seeing inside the store, I wouldnt have eaten the food anyway. The store looks dirty, the staff are unprofessional, and the I doubt a single one even knows how to wash their hands, let alone willingly does it. I'd give this store 0 stars if I could. 0/10
I understand why you want patrons to use apps ...your staff barely speak English and aren't very pleasant. It was a lot different when I worked at Taco Bell in 1970-1980. Too bad the quality has gone down hill too!
Terrible service. I placed a mobile order and was given the wrong drinks and then told to park in an overflowing mobile order parking area and proceeded to wait an additional 15 minutes before I realized that I was given the wrong drinks and have to go in and get the food myself to exchange the drinks. Not even as much of an apology or offering to make it up in any way.
