The girl doing the drive-through was sweet and had a good attitude. The kitchen looked VERY clean, and my food came out fast, and it was very good.Food: 5/5
A year ago this was my favorite location! But within the past few months, it has degraded substantially. I know they are not paying enough for an actual adult to work there. it’s really showing in their management and their team in general. If you look at the reviews from the past few months alone, you’ll see it’s an ongoing trend. Terrible attitude, terrible food. Specifically on October 16, 2022 at about 8:05 PM. Ordered a chicken quesadilla, a fiesta burrito, a Mexican pizza, and nacho fries. The quesadilla was straight up, made with the wrong tortilla. It was so small and even the tortilla had a different texture than usual. Fast food cost way too much for y’all to be playing like this. If you really hate servicing customers, go dig ditches instead. Maybe you’ll get a better attitude.
I had the extreme pleasure of having Tiaka take my order today and she made sure that albsolutly everything was correct. They are so careful how they take your money, give you your food and return your change I was beyond impressed.. I got 4 beef and bean burritos and a wild strawberry slush and it was beyond good. The store is extremely clean and they take great pride in what they do and it definitely shows. I will definitely be back when I am in the area. It's easy on and easy off to hwy 175 so I highly RECOMMEND you give them a try as I know you wont be disappointed, so stay safe and happy travels to all!
The tacos were great & so was the freeze. They were quick, helpful ,& remembered everything. If this is an indication of how they normally work, I would recommend.Food: 5/5
My whole order was wrong and the service was horrible. I just feel that if some other customer made you upset thats no reason to be that way to the next person. When I called to let them know about my order the so called manager had a whatever type attitude! And hung up on me twice. I would not choose this taco bell to go to i would go to another place instead. Bottom line the staff stinks period.
Have them their 6th chance to get it right this location has employees that do not care about quality of the food. Horrible . I'll spend the extra 18 minutes to drive to a Taco bell that is not in my city to get Tacos from now on.Food: 1/5
Best service I've ever received from any Taco Bell. They went above and beyond to get what I ordered through the app even after their fryer went down for a few minutes. Will recommend this Taco Bell to family and friends. Thank you to everyone who works at this Taco Bell.Food: 5/5
Pizza had to much cheese not enough meet. I ask for fresh fries and was told they could not make fresh fries until they sold the ones that were already fried and had been Up there for 10mins I told them if the fries were not fresh I would return them they were not even warm then had to ask for a refund because they would not fix fresh fries
Too many kids working there that does not care about quality customer service or giving quality food. Yall need a new staffFood: 1/5
OK fast food is getting too high to get quality of food like this like if you don't like your job then don't go to work if you go take your attitude out on a customer don't go to work because because we did nothing to you for my food to look like this Then when I call up there to tell them what happened someone laughed in my face and hung the phone up
