I like this location, they are friendly and helpful most of the time, don't get me wrong there are times when you meet the folks that would rather not be there however for the most part everyone is friendly! The price inflation is still affecting most items however the food is finally starting to drop which is awesome. All in all I would recommend this location over others I've been to! This location definitely tries to put effort into helping the customer!
I love this Walmart! It’s always clean. The employees here to a very good job. Shopping carts are always available in the store unless it’s holiday time and shelves are stocked neatly. The door greeters are nice too! Oh and love the upgraded look
Store was in disarray during my visit, with employees shouting to each other about wanting to go on break while slowly restocking the shelves. The garden center leaves a lot to be desired - I get that peak gardening season is pretty much over, but Kaufman’s tiny Walmart garden center always seems superior when it comes to the live plant selection. My cashier, however, was wonderful. She took great care in properly bagging and grouping similar items, especially meats and frozen foods. She was genuine and easy to joke around with.
Walmart is really failing the curbside employees. I waited almost 30 minutes for my curbside the other day because there was only one guy bringing the orders out. Every spot was filled with people waiting for their orders. I definitely don’t blame the poor guy bringing all the orders out by himself. I definitely DO blame the managers who is in charge of scheduling. The manager should’ve been out there themselves bringing orders because this was ridiculous. It’s over 100° and we’re just sitting in our cars while they’re on making it hotter for the employee who is bringing out our orders. This is beyond ridiculous. Walmart needs to do something about this.
In the customer service area, the workers Ashley and Jakie always object to me when carrying out any transaction, such as a money order, claiming that Jakie does not speak Spanish when the supervisor said so, he even showed me that if he speaks what he does not want to do to the Hispanics and that I was not going to carry out any transaction and that if I did not like that I return to Mexico, after this he throws away my documents and leaves. What a pity that in public places like this there are people like that. I hope the supervisor takes action with them since in an entity like this one should not have racist and rude workers. Be careful my people
Always very busy at the pharmacy, but they had enough people working to handle all the traffic. Line moved pretty quickly.
Horrible experience!! Trying to shop for dinner and couldn't get to any of the refrigerated section on the walls. Everything was blocked off, carts racks in the way. Shoppers were rude because I'm sure they were as irritated as I was.
This is my Walmart and they pretty much come through when I make orders everytime!!! I am very happy with the workers who bring out my items they are always super nice to me! Thanks y’all

There was a lady in the Electronics Section named Sandra that was extremely polite and provided excellent customer service. She deserves a raise.
