Taco Mac offers the most “Craft on Draft"" with over 100 taps of craft and local brews, casual American fare, like fresh never frozen buffalo wings, and 35+ HD TVs for watching all your favorite sports. Started in 1979 by two friends who found their way from Buffalo, NY to the warmer and sunnier Atlanta, Taco Mac has grown from those humble beginnings to over 25 locations across the Southeast.

Wings were great. Beer was too. Server was more interested in chatting than serving, but still got my order somehow. Seating inside & out. Taco Mac is a fine chain of beer on tap & great food at a reasonable price. Love to go, no matter the weather, place or time. Restrooms were ada compliant too.
Many others have already stated, service at this location is awful. First time visiting and the wait for food was far too long. Having worked in the industry, we know the appropriate times and cut major slack, but this was bad. Plates were inconsistent. Both our main entrees were missing the beloved pickle. Buns literally looked like they had been mashed down, burger was cold and messy when served. Daughter's wings were drowning in sauce and her fries were almost non-existent on her plate. Celery and carrots looked days old, gross. Little point in trying to address any of this...Our server did not check on our table properly in the 1.5 hours we were dining in. Ironically enough, she came back to the table to retrieve her tip before we exited the booth. She was quite embarrassed. Should have waited on the table like that the entire time we were there. Just frustrating when you try to go out and have a good time. We won't be back and can't recommend this location whatsoever.
Never ever order to go food from here. Once a week my wife and I would order from here and watch the game at home via door dash. Each time we have the salsa with the chips and queso is missing or the fries are COVERED in the wings sauce because they are not packaged separately. I called this specific store to complain and spoke to Heather if I remember correctly. She said mixing the fries along with the celery and not packaged separately was because of “a new company policy because people complained the celery was getting dried out if it was wrapped.” REALLY? So you just toss it in the sauce with the wings and let it get soaked in the Buffalo sauce? Even when I simply didn’t even ask for a refund I just asked for an apology, the manager refused. Attached is a photo of our new favorite wing place, American deli. They know how to package fries separately from wings so they are not covered in sauce and give great customer service. Give them a try instead.
We really loved our dinner at this Taco Max location; thank you to our waitress, she was wonderful! I was offered several samples until I found the beer I loved : all of our food was really tasty, we recommend and be back soon.
The oven roasted wings were amazing and the beer was ice cold. Brianna O was a great waitress. They also had the Braves on almost every TV. #GobravesFood: 5/5
This review is more about the *NEW* hot honey mustard wings at taco Mac rather than this location of taco Mac. I like this location, it’s one of my favorite top 25 or so taco Mac locations. Tonight I tried the new *HOT* honey mustard wings. I know what you are thinking…it’s new, it has sweet honey in it and mustard. It’s gotta be good. The lack of emphasis on *HOT*, I found to be insufficient. Because these wings were screaming *HOT*. I’m talking a$$ in the tub hot, I’m gonna be singing a Johnny Cash song tomorrow morning in the employee restroom. Not the Folsom prison blues, but the Ring of Fire blues song. Did I mention *HOT*? These wings are good, very excellent flavor, but I was sucking on a water, sucking on a beer, trying to eat all the blue cheese in the place, and nothing curbed the burn. 5 star service tonight, *HOT* wings. You should try them.
Disappointed in this Taco Mac location. Made an order online and I bought the nachos all the way because the option was not available for the queso con carne. Asked for no beans and no jalapeños. Went to pick up my groceries from the store, came home only to find there are beans all in the queso and no tortillas, just chips and the wings were dry. While they did provide a refund for the queso, the whole meal was just bad and I didn't eat it.
I was surprised how good the food and service was. My family and I will definitely return. Really delicious steak tacos. My family loved the burgers and tots.Food: 5/5
My family and I have been to this Taco Mac location many times over the years and have never had a problem, but it seems like the past few years this location has gone downhill. I took my 2 kids here after church today after not being here for a while because of previous bad experiences but wanted to give it a try. We always order a small queso to start because it’s usually awesome. The queso today was good but most of the chips were stale. Our food took about 45 minutes to be delivered and by the time it arrived my chicken tenders were lukewarm at best and hard. My beloved brussel sprouts were cooked fine but they came out without the honey sauce on them which is the best part. I’m done with this location, never again.
Went there yesterday because they have decent wings and a good variety of sauces. The wings they brought to the table were fresh and crispy just the way we like them. I ordered 20 more wings to go and didn’t check them. When I got home the wings were so small and some of the flats were missing chunks. They were so hard that it was hard to eat. Most ended in garbage. I’m very disappointed in the quality of the to go order. There was such a huge difference in wings eaten there and wings that came home! I’ll be sure to check my to go order next time should I order another to go. Check your orders people!!!
