Please beware of this store. My son had a gun that was shooting too fast. We were told it needed a spring and a gate titan, which me ordered and paid for. Now, after two months of being in their possession, we received an email that gears and pistons are now broken and were ordered. How do parts magically break, when originally not broken when brought to them?! The order of the gears and pistons was not approved by us beforehand. I’m deeply upset, as they have had this in their possession for over 2 months for a seemingly simple fix. Their customer service is horrendous and I sincerely believe they do not have good intentions. Update: after emailing them with my concerns about the new items that were broken, I was told that I just needed to come in and get the gun. They apparently don’t have staff to fix guns anymore and so they cannot fix it now. Hmmm…..the minute their service is criticized or questioned, they can no longer service the item?! Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Dropped off a gun in February for repair. Was told it needed a part. Told they ordered the part and then that it was fixed. 5 months later......when I finally picked it up I was told it isn't in working order. The store tech have all quit now so I advise you finding somewhere else to get your guns fixed or YouTube some tutorials. I also bought a sniper rifle while I was there nothing fancy just a used gun...they say the guns all have to be in good working order. 150$ Get home and it doesn't work. Interals are held together with electrical tape. I'm 100% done with this store

I have been here twice now both times the employees were helpful and very nice I felt welcome and wanted to be there the first time I bought goggles that just didn't work out the way I had thought they would I hated them even but I called and was able to return them for store credit on a new gun. It was smooth and easy I didn't have receipt even but it was saved to my account I honostly never expected to be able to return and am very happy I was able too.

For my first time there the staff was nice and helpful to me, the only complaint i have is i had purchased a gas blow back gun and when you load it with gas and ammo it shoots 3 or 4 times and then proceeds to leak the rest of the gas out, another thing that happens way to much to be a small problem is when you load it and go to shoot the mag will fall out when you pull the trigger, so for my first time there i'm not pleased with the way the first item i buy works. i even looked the gun up online and nobody else had this problem as far as i know. i would not mind going back to their store its not that bad the staff is nice and helpful but the quality of guns is lacking a bit.

I am very new to airsoft and they helped me out with deciding on what gun to get and gave me tips as well. They are very friendly people. I would recommend this store would be good if your just starting out but if you want more equipment, gus or parts I would still recommend Evike. The store have a good selection but lacks a lot of what evike offers though.

The owner of this place sold me on a gun that’s suppose to be this great gun , that’s better then everyone’s , so I leave the store happy thinking I got a good deal on a great Gun, I shoot it a few times and it starts to die , and then I smell something funny , so I just check battery and turns out it burn my battery , I thought it was just the battery . I take a back and have them fix it and I leave happy and then it happens again and this happened 3 times , I had to make 4-5 trips for this easily fixable situation, give me my money . But no only option I get is store credit . Bologna . Don’t bust your stuff from here , go else where save your time and on top of that told me it was a private sale but why is the owner making a private sale at his own shop ? Fishy .

When I walked in the store no one even acknowledged me. I looked around a while, they had a good selection but when I went to the counter I waited for at least 10 minutes and no body even looked at me! So I left and then I thought oh maybe it was just the employees. I ordered from them online. I was wrong it was not the employees. The gun arrived and when I tried to shoot the gun it didn't work. My battery was fully charged and it still wouldn't pull the spring back. I was using the recommended battery too. Don't go to their store or order from them either.

Who I assumed to be the owner, came off as condescending and offered me little help. He made it feel like he wanted me to leave the store already and I was wasting his time. They told me on the phone the day before I made the drive that they could fix my current Airsoft AK, and when I show up in person they told me they aren’t fixing guns right now? After that I think I will just buy a decent new one, but the owner or employee barely helped set me up with a decent Airsoft gun that isn’t too expensive. Didn’t get a single piece of advice from the guy, he just was trying to get me out of there quickly. I would strongly recommend ordering your Airsoft guns and equipment off amazon, you’ll save $50-$100 or more on the order.

Brought in my new gun that was having issues, there was a pretty big wait for in house repairs but I showed them the part that broke and the worker had some great insights as to what might be the cause and some resources on how to fix it myself. Fantastic selection of guns as well so walked away with a new one.
