I love this store not only for the great customer service but for the awsome clothes plus the location inside Crocker Park. Such a vivacious, lively, colorful place. A delightful to do shopping here. Usuallyb on my way back from Chicago I stop and always find good bargains.
Heard someone say hello when I walked in, but would be more genuine if they were visible and welcomed their guests in person... especially since I wasn't sure who the salesperson was welcoming. Once I asked for a fitting room for the clothes I had selected, the salesperson was helpful and regularly checked on me in the fitting room.
Great selection for women's clothes...awesome discounts were being offered and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.
The store is great and so is the location but there’s a sales person, dark short wavy hair, she is just so strange. I wonder what’s wrong with her. Everyone else in the store is super nice. They would happily walk with you to show you what you are looking for but not this lady. She stares so badly, I wonder if I look like someone she hates or she just does that to everyone. I asked her if the sweater I like was on sale, she didn’t even look at it properly, said NO and kept walking. I was like excuse me?? Very rude person!!
Awful service, cashier Mirvat was very rude to my mother and antagonized her during checkout. My mother is very upset and does not want to return to the store to purchase the clothing she had placed on hold.
I only buy from Talbots. Quality clothing, not junk, easy to see everything to shop and affordable.

Covid responsible shopping site. However, there clothes are getting more matronly looking vs the 60 yr old that feels 40.
The service is wonderful. I love Jessica and many of the others. They know us by name and really care about meeting your needs.
Great place for a younger person than me. Great stylish clothes, tho!!
