"Tall Pines is an active 55+ community where residents will find plenty to occupy their leisure time in the warm Florida sunshine. With miles of white, sandy beaches within an easy drive, fishermen will enjoy unlimited deep-water charters. We have two large clubhouses; one featuring a full kitchen, stage and dance-floor, the other offers pool tables, a small library and private card room. The Pioneer’s Club of homeowners organizes the multitude of activities scheduled throughout the year. Process of buying a home here. Great location below wind factor as per hurricanes and way above any water flooding. Nice quiet and very clean. Look forward being a part of this this small quaint 55+ community and enjoy being very close to shopping and beaches.
Great Community, Great people!!! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They new homes for sale are really impressive. Nice upgrades ,plenty of room, and the neighbors were friendly enough to introduce themselves which was amazing.
I'm the middle of Florida that's probably the best shot the pool ,it's a retirement housing community,, I was working with a uprising company ,they built the grid for the basket ball/tennis court,they also do artificial turf,a new Trent ,when it comes to grass there's nothing better then the good stuff ,pvt joke,
Oldie but goodie! Great place to live if you own your own mobile home but lot rent although reasonable and figuring other costs still a good deal. Be aware that if you are noise you will be woken up to the sound of train horns and planes with the local airport at your back door. Trains go all night long.
The residents at Tall Pines are just like one big family. Everyone feels welcomed and has a sense of someone is always watching and you never feel alone. Though like in any community we have challenges but I truly support the people who are working on those challenges for our community.
