This place is always absolutely wonderful. Even with it being a 100° outside. As long as you go in the morning because they open at 9. You will be just fine, and the kids will have a blast. Even if you don't have kids, you will still have a good time. They have a tree to tree adventure and zipliness all over the place, They also have a playground and lots of animals. I believe this place is definitely for all ages. You will have a wonderful time.!!
We enjoyed walking around and seeing all the animals. The Museum staff and volunteers keep the property very well maintained. Everything was neat and tidy. The animals all looked amazing, and their areas were set up where you could see them easily. It was very hot the day we went, but there was plenty of shade to make it an enjoyable visit. Having a nice Café on-site to sit down to cool off while you ate was an extra bonus. Their lunch choices were very good and very tasty, as well as reasonably priced. It was also nice to have a gift shop to pick up something as a reminder about a great family day.
Go here for sure! They not only have a cool zip line area for kids, but they have a nature area as well. The historical area was informational and neat, and the nature area was amazing! Cool animals and trails. Only started the nature trail, but want to finish it next time I'm in the area.
This was a fun little place! Definitely a good place to bring the family for a half day excursion. There's plenty of animals to see and some interesting historical buildings as well!
Incredible!! If you enjoy seeing beautiful nature in Florida from an exhilarating view literally from the top of trees, visit the Tallahassee Museum and enjoy multiple fun zip lines and obstacle course up high in the tall tree tops! It’s very challenging but extremely fun and safe!
5 stars to the coordinator, Shelby. She was great from start to finish helping me plan our group trip to the ropes course. And, the 3 ropes course guides we had were absolutely wonderful. Very kind and helpful with our large group. Thomas in particular was so friendly! Top notch, well-run organization from what my group experienced. Our group of 26 teens had a wonderful time on the ropes course!!!!!
A totally awesome experience! Took my my daughter, who’s 11, we both loved the ropes course. Then enjoyed walking the grounds to sight see and read up on the local history. The walking trails are beautiful - take your camera.

Not much to it for guest interaction. They just let you loose into a backyard of a nature area. Best part was the lady who told us about this baby alligator she brought out. They do preschool which is inside the attraction. What an amazing place. The dinosaurs made out of car parts were so cool! Loved seeing all the animals and we really enjoyed trying out the tree to tree zip-lining adventure. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure
