Not sure why this place only has 3.5 stars. My green chili tamale was rather large, tender, and very tasty! I would definitely come back here for lunch. Michelada and bean burrito was very good too.Food: 5/5
UPDATE: menu picture included. 318/21...Second time to this place and it’s absolutely delicious. Got the 4 asada tacos last time and they were amazing. I could eat here everyday. Service we had was perfectly fine. I can imagine it being a little frustrating when it’s busy but it wasn’t when we went in. Food is worth it if you can be patient.
I usually love their tamales! But our recent order failed. The tamale MASA was not cooked completely through, and they were mushy. Surprised and disappointed.
The tamales are fat and delicious. Have not tried anything else am new to the area. They do serve alcohol and you can get a beer to go.Food: 5/5
I ordered the enchilada plate. The portions were very small. But what is worse is that the enchiladas were so tough that my knife couldn't cleanly cut through them. They were cold, in addition. It almost seemed that they put everything in the microwave. Very on appetizing, and overpriced
A wonderfully authentic and delicious mexican restaurant. The tamales are fantastic. The burritos and other foods are also delicious and a great value. Its the right level of spice to let you know youre in a real mexican place. Yes, the cook is grouchy, but who cares? Its $15 for two people to have dinner that would cost you $40 elsewhere and not have anywhere near the flavor.
Excellent tamales and churros, that is all we tried so far. Menu looked very good and I will go back to try some other things. Hole in wall kind of place but excellent taste. Glad to have some tamales left over for lunch. Excellent job in the kitchen!

Incredible! We stopped for lunch & we were blown away. The service was so kind and fast. We were offered samples of the horchata—so delicious! The tamales are incredible. Definitely the best I’ve had. Highly recommend!!
