Tampa Airport Marriott Concierge Executive Floor

It is a regular hotel with an acceptable level of cleanness and room appliances but a little bit old. It is super convenient as it is literally in the airport and you would save a lot of time. You can enjoy your stay by using the fitness center and the pool. Most importantly it is super quiet although it is right at the airport Safety: It is very safe Walkability: Super convenient to get there from the airport Food & drinks: The is Skyy bar with some appetizers and sandwiches options

Our flight was cancelled and we were stuck in TPA overnight. Lucky for us, we were able to get a room at this hotel. Our stay was comfortable, and the hotel is clean. The views of the airport were cool. If you are an aviation enthusiast, it's great. Also, it was unexpectedly quiet. I thought that with jets taking off and landing all the time it would get loud, but the soundproofing was very good. You could hear the planes at times but it was at a low volume and not disturbing. Concierge lounge was pleasant, if small, and the staff were excellent and attentive. Breakfast was very good. Nothing fancy, but good. The most important advantage is the convenience. You just can't beat the convenience of being literally inside the airport terminal there's a very short walk through a tunnel from the hotel front desk to the main terminal. No dealing with taking a taxi to the airport. No having to drop off a rental car and take a shuttle two stops to get to the terminal. No getting to the airport super early only to wait and wait. You can check your bags, come back to your room to relax, and then head over to security/gate shortly before boarding time, all without leaving the airport. If you are staying for just one night for a layover or due to a cancellation, you cannot beat this convenience. However, I wouldn't pick this hotel for longer stays in Tampa because being inside the airport, it's also isolated from the city. Finally, my one criticism is that this hotel is very dated and the furniture is in definite need of a refresh. Not a big deal. Would not affect my decision to stay there for a one night stay.

Room was clean and nice. Toilet and shower were both kind of broken but usable. Service was very friendly. Flight got cancelled and had to stay with no notice and the price was fair and they had a room. It's attached to the airport which is really great if you need to be stuck there for a night. Had some food in the lounge and it was really good. Only issue with that was it seemed a bit pricey. Service at the lounge was on top of everything and very friendly as well. The view was also pretty neat. Jet noise was almost nonexistent which is great considering it's on the airport. Food & drinks: The grouper was amazing and was different than other places I've had it.

When visiting relatives, had an early morning flight. Rather than having anyone get up in the middle of the night to take us to the airport, went the evening before and stayed here. Rooms were great, comfy beds. Had dinner at the restaurant, which was really good. Although, there are less expensive options are a short hallway away, if desired. Got to sleep a little extra since you're only a short hallway away from the airport. Would definitely use this option again when needed.

Our experience from being greeted as we pulled up at Valet to our checkin experience to our interaction with the concierge host has been excellent. Amy at the front desk was helpful and pleasant. Jade in the concierge lounge was attentive to her guests and she has an amazing personality. Thank you all for taking care of my family! Rooms: The rooms are nice and clean. They are a bit dated but very well maintained. Walkability: Since this Marriott is attached to TPA, the very short walk to the gates is a huge plus.

Dominique at the front desk has personality+. She really set the tone for our stay. We travel out of Tampa several times a month and we will definitely be back. We totally agree with all the reviews about the convenient location. It’s amazing. Safety: Very safe hotel. You need a room key to access elevator to the rooms. Food & drinks: Great food options: PF Chang, ChicFilA, Starbucks. We didn’t try the room service but it was nice to have it available.

Best customer service I've ever encountered. Flights were rescheduled with a 24hr layover. Booked room very easily in 5 mins. online. Checked in with a representative at the front desk. Offered a late check out for a fee but then extended it even further as a complimentary. Check out went from 12 to 5pm!!! Free water given at the desk also. Heated pool and VERY clean rooms. Very happy with our unexpected stay at this airport hotel! A++++ Can't say enough about the respect and empathy they showed us. Rooms: 2 Queen size beds with the option of a rollaway bed. Spacious and clean. Food & drinks: Eatery across from the hotel lobby. Snack alley in the lobby also. All terminals open 24hrs with food being served till 10pm. PF Chang's and a Starbucks open till 11pm.

The Tampa Airport Marriott was a good choice for us when our plan got delayed 12 hrs. We were able to get a day room to rest and sleep until our plane was ready again. The rooms were very clean and the staff were great! We would stay hers again ever if needed. They also had a restaurant and pool. They are super close to the mall with tons of Food and Shopping stores! Also this was connected to the airport making it easy to go from one to another.

Great hotel! Dominique at the front desk is very upbeat and goes above and beyond. She really made the stay for us and we'll definitely be back. The rooms are dated as many have mentioned but not horribly so and I'm pretty particular. Most importantly, the hotel is fairly clean, which is a must for me. Where this hotel shines is its great service and location. Like others have said, you can't do any better than this if you're looking to be close to the airport or you have a flightto catch. It's a 5 min walk to the terminal, and it's conveniently connected to the airport, so you don't have to walk outside. You have access to PF Changs, Hard Rock Cafe, Qdoba, and Wendy's inside the terminal. Again, 5 min walk. If you get a decent rate, I definitely recommend. Rooms: Rooms are somewhat dated and they won't win any design awards but they're clean and fairly roomy. Walkability: Very walkable. 5 mins to the terminal. Food & drinks: Connected to the TPA terminal. Convenient access to PF Changs, Hard Rock Cafe, Qdoba, and Wendy's inside the terminal.

Came here for a conference but didn't stay in a room. Conference rooms were clean and spacious. Good wifi. Great food choices nearby. My only complaint is signage needs improvement. When I came in the monitors told me where my meeting was but no idea how to get there. A staff person didn't know either sending me in a wrong direction.
