I just moved to Reno and this salon was recommended to me by my hair stylist in Colorado.  My haircut was with Amber and I could not have had a better experience.  Amber made me feel incredibly comfortable while discussing options for a significant change in my hairstyle.  She was friendly, professional and did an excellent job on my hair.  I love it!  She took the time to help me with styling tips and different products to use at home to get the look I want.  I’ve been moving around all my life to include multiple foreign countries.  Finding a new stylist was always a stressor for me, but I believe I have found her on the first try.  Thanks so much! I had a haircut with Britany and it was a perfect experience. The salon called to let me know that she would be ready before my appointment time, if I wanted to come in early which is such a nice gesture. Without showing her any pictures and just describing what I wanted, she absolutely nailed it. For some reason it's hard for me to get a great haircut, so this is one of the best one's I've had. Over a week later and the cut still looks great and my hair just feels healthier. I unfortunately don't live in the area, but when I come back I'll book another appointment here!Service:&nbsp;Haircut

I started going to Tangerine Aveda during COVID because their website was the most impressive in terms of posting their new safety protocols. Now I can't go anywhere else! Kendra is an incredible stylist and makes my hair perfect every single visit!Service:&nbsp;Haircut

Updated review after first review! Over processed my highlights and now my hair is breaking off. I did mention that my hair accepts color quickly. Everyone was very nice. UPDATE: they did contact me and put a treatment on to tone down the contrast…I had already paid for a protein treatment but they did offer that as well. This was a much better experience.

I cut my own hair and ruined it , I called and got in next day with Colby my neighbor referred me to him! He is a Amazing stylist and a artist with hair! And such a sweetheart! When I got there he looked to get me a discount and got me one. I couldnt believe it and when he was done we got to register and he said Merry Christmas no charge..omg I cried, I couldnt believe he did that! Teared up on my way home! I love my hair! And so Grateful he did that! Wow! Not only a amazing hair stylist but, He has heart of gold!!!! Thank you Colby and Tangerine spa for having a guy and stylist like him there!

I would have to say this is definitely a 5 Salon! I had a horrible experience at another salon I won't name names. I called Tangerine Salon and asked to be placed with their best color specialist. The reason why I call this particular Salon is I looked up their reviews saw what people wrote and I read nothing but fabulous things about the shop. the name that kept popping up was the lady by the name of Jeannie, who was also recommend by 2 other stylist I know. let me start off by telling you she knew every question to ask she knew every problem to solve and when it came to my hair she took the best care. Due to extreme damage to my hair from my previous salon visit she took that in to consideration and took very good care of the blonde in my hair. Not only did she pamper me at the shampoo bowl gaving me a hot steaming towel and a deep conditioning treatment. I completely hit it off In a great conversation with her the whole time and she treated me like a true friend. I can't tell you how beautiful I feel now with my hair fixed and corrected. I cried at how beautiful my hair looked when I got in the car after my appt with her. If you need a new stylist that knows her stuff you MUST MUST MUST book with this badASS stylist!! Britney is great at cutting men's hair. She is friendly, listens to how you want your cut, and is now my go-to monthly stylist. Conveniently located in The Summit and plenty of parking.
