Qi (pronounced chee) is the body's life enabling vital energy. We experience blockage or depletion of this vital energy as pain, disease or disharmony. These effects may be felt in our body, mind, and/or spirit.
I use a variety of Traditional Asian/Oriental Energetic Medicine methods of acupuncture, QIGONG and TAI CHI to promote health and to effectively treat and prevent a variety of disorders of the MIND, BODY, or SPIRIT.
In private practice for over 24 years, I am licensed by the State of California, and certified by the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi.
I teach group classes weekly and am available for private instruction and workshops.

South Pasadena Schedule:
I am available by appointment for acupuncture in South Pasadena on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. I teach an ongoing group Qigong/Tai Chi class on Saturday at 9:00am.
Burbank Schedule:
On Wednesdays I offer acupuncture sessions from 9am to 4pm and teach a group Qigong/Tai Chi class from 5:30 to 6:30pm at the Roy and Patricia Disney Family Cancer Center in Burbank. The Center is at 181 S. Buena Vista St., Burbank, CA 91506. Please call 818-748-4701 to schedule a session or enroll in class.
