This target is very clean. I went to use the CVS located inside Target, and the pharmacists were very nice as well. Target employees, at least the ones I have ever shopped at, are always nice and available, especially if you need help finding things
The best Target to shop at in Charlotte very quiet and peaceful vs other locations. They have a self checkout now they added 4 more self checkout and at least 2 registers open. Could use a produce and fresh groceries section vs the limited grocery section they have.
Great Target and close to my home. However, only 1 self check out line is UNACCEPTABLE in 2022. Once this store gets into the modern age I will happily update my review. Of the 15 check out lanes, only 2 maximum are ever open at a time. This is incredibly frustrating since I typically run in for just a few items. Every other Target I have been to has figured this out, it’s your turn.
The CVS pharmacy here is terrible. The Pharmacist Kristen sold me medication I am allergic to. When I asked her if I could take the medicine she shrugged her shoulders & said “I’m not going to say not to to take it but I’m not going ti say take it. It’s in the penicillin family but it’s not penicillin. It’s like a distant cousin.” As someone who doesn’t work in healthcare, I don’t know that that means. I need a simple “yes you can”, “no you can’t”, or “try to get in touch with your doctor” Kristen didn’t give me any of this info. I ended up not being able to take it because I am allergic to it and penicillin makes my throat close. I informed her of this she still acted like she couldn’t tell me anything. I called her corporate office & they said she could give me a refund. When I got there she refused me. I moved all my prescriptions to Walgreens and I am waiting on a call from the regional manager. DO NOT SEND YOUR MEDS HERE. THEY WILL SELL YOU SOMETHING THAT WILL KILL YOU AND NOT THINK 2X ABOUT IT.
I usually love this target, but today they didn't have a single cashier working, but had two employees overseeing the self-check out lanes. You can only purchase alcohol at ONE of the registers and it does not accept cash. Switching registers, only to not be able to cash out there is ridiculous. I asked if they had any cashiers working and the response was ,"only when we have enough people."
I feel like I can never escape this place. I’m constantly having to return things because boxes are empty theft or because baby food has been opened and I didn’t notice at the time of purchase. And don’t get me started on CVS…their pharmacy staff is RUDE and they always have their medicine on back order. “Come back tomorrow” is their go-to catch phrase and guess what? When you come back, the say: “Come back tomorrow.” They never have what you need.
Went here and needed to speak with the store manager. He was paged. Time was ticking and the young lady checked in with him again to see if he'd forgotten a guest wanted to speak with him he then started to talk to me through her over a walkie talkie. Bailey was a name. As a store manager Bailey should be willing to speak with guest and customers, listen to their needs and concerns and try to find a resolution. Instead he never took a moment to come speak directly to me. The bathrooms were a mess and extremely filthy. If Bailey had zero intentions of speaking directly to me he was better off saying he was unavailable instead of wasting my time waiting around on him and he never put forth an effort to come see how he could assist me. Very unprofessional.
Always a nice atmosphere in Target. The carts glide so smoothly. Everything is laid out so nice. It's a vibe
I always had such a great experience at this store. This was always my favorite target to shop at until this last time. I had an item that was ringing up different price plus the price on the shelf was a different price and then online it was another completely different price. When the cashier rang it up he said to go to customer service to fix the price 3 people said I could have it for the cheapest price in store but out of no where this Karen from customer service said no I have to pay the most expensive price for it. Even though it was already rung up and I was about to pay she canceled the transaction and said SHE won't let me get the item for that price and I would have to pay even bigger price 94.99 even though in store it was ringing up 69.99. So I left it and as I was leaving quietly she started yelling at me with all her attitude making everyone turn and look at me it was humiliating! She should NOT work in customer service! She isn't even a manager to make decisions for other cashiers let alone 3!
Slowly turning into Walmart. Last couple times I've been it's been only self checkout. 4 employees watching self-checkout but no registers open. Walmart is closing stores and y'all changing to be just like them
