MICHAEL the guy who was wearing all grey maybe a supervisor or head of security or probably just a regular employee help me today. whatever his position is, i thank him with all my heart. he went about and beyond for me today. i really appreciated what he did for me. so this is what happened. my cousin’s car wouldnt start and the alarm went off in the parking lot. at this point, i was very scared because i dont know what’s wrong with the car. i know people started look at mcar. everytime i touch the car it would make a loud alarm noise. i couldnt leave the parking lot. i facetimemy cotousin. he told me the battery in the remote needs to be replace. i went inside and ask for help from the employee to know where the battery is at. i also ask if i could buy a screwdriver. so i talked to 3 employees at this point. unfortunately battery was not available and they dont sell screwdriver. MICHAEL saw me and he ask someone else to scan the barcode to see if they have the battery in the back. the lady said they dont have it at all. i have to go to a different store. well, i couldnt leave cause i cant drive the car. MICHAEL went to the back and look for it. he found it and have a set of screwdriver. he installed it for me. i thank him a lot before i left. sometimes, for some people doing things like this is almost nothing out of being genuinely kind but to somebody its the biggest thing. today, its the biggest help i got and it made a huge difference on my day. thank you MICHAEL. we need more people like you. i want TARGET to know what you did and i know from my heart that your a good person not just because you help me replace my battery but because i know you cared. now im writing this review in the parking lot before i leave. again, thank you so much MICHAEL.
Every time we use their order ahead service they say the items we want are out of stock, but upon visiting the store later there are plenty of that particular item. We are convinced staff here are 1 - over-worked to the point they cannot fulfill advanced orders or 2 - they simply do not want to provide this service. Unfortunately this is our local target and is very convenient. Disappointing service from this location.
Horrible customer service!! I placed an order online and when I got to the customer service desk to let them know what I was waiting for they said I had to wait the full 2 hours of processing which was no problem; after 2 hours of waiting no one came up to me to mention they didn’t have the item and my order was cancelled… I had to find out through myself searching online for the order processing. Not once did the staff mention that it was cancelled but they all stared at me waiting and kept asking me every now and then what I was waiting for without mentioning a thing.
decent sized target with a little bit of everything from produce/groceries, home goods, clothes, beauty, toys and electronics. they also sell liquor too. downside to this location is that parking can be hectic and small with limited spots on the roof for pickup.
Workers are nice. Store is clean. But lines have gotten pretty long and slow lately and they're often sold out of items.
I love coming to this target as it’s the closest to me. The store itself is always clean, organized. Staff are easily found every aisle you’re at. Tons of parking space.
Extremely rude. Asked an employee about a fitting room she mumbled an answer and when I asked her to repeat herself she told me to just take an empty one. Rude but whatever. Then when I came out of the dressing room a different employee got mad at me because apparently I didn’t follow some procedure that was never explained to me. As expensive as they are they could at least be nice.
Very interesting layout to the store, but I enjoy shopping here. The staff has been friendly to me and are very helpful.
Locked the doors at 9:25pm and you close at 10:00pm. This is bad for business! So much money lost
This is the only Targwt that makes you stand in one line until someone tell you where to you. The worst service ever. Customers should be able to stand in the line of theor.choosing. I observed 2 boys stealing, toys, and electronics. Their coats were filled and were not stopped by the security.
