Smaller target walking distance to Navy Pier. You can find all basic stuff here. Also has a Starbucks inside with enough seating space. They are open late and keep all things neat. They have an ATM inside and wide variety of alcohol and OTC medicines. One of the things I love most about Target is their customer service. I've always had a positive experience with their employees, who are always friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that Target offers a variety of ways to save money
Very rude cashier. I wanted to return an item. Two black girls were chatting. I said can someone help me. One girl responded and the other madly stared at me and rolled eyes. The one help me was impatient in the end. She probably thought throwing the receipt at my face is a good idea. This is unacceptable customer service, ruining the target brand. Employees like them should be fired. They earn money for the service delivered, not for being rude to customers. Worst target experience ever.
This target is decent, but is sometimes crammed with people during busy hours. Prices are pretty competitive compared to other stores in this area, and there’s a decent selection of options. If you live in this area, this store will likely be in your repertoire.
This Target has a cute store aesthetic. It feels more like a small market rather than a Target. The staff is friendly. It is a smaller Target so the selection can be limited. The grocery area is small, but you can usually find what you need. However they have a decent wine and alcohol selection and a big selection of masks. They could use another register or two bc the line can get long.
Not the typical Target location. Deliveries and customers enter through the same doors and up a ramp to the store. The ramp was filled with pallets of stuff. Some guy security was selling tickets inside, not sure what that was about? Ignored him and walked on by. It looked like they somehow managed to fit the same Target type goods inside as at any other Target so I'm sure you can find what you're looking for. Contactless check outs. I used the restroom and left before looking at prices.
Nobody ever thought to include in the Google description that is a MARKET target... Very small store, no where near the size of regular targets. Extremely limited selection. Wasted my time walking here
Extremely unprofessional staff. While I was in line to check out 2 of them were laughing at the way another customer was dressed and one of them even took out their phone and started recording them to make fun of them.
Visited this location on my stay in town and was very satisfied with the shopping experience I had. The store’s location is ultra convenient, did not expect to find a large Target in the middle of downtown in the busiest tourist spot, neither did I expect it to be so organized considering the amount of customers shopping there everyday! Found exactly what I was looking for which was a bic if Reese Puffs cereal that I ate later on in the hotel room while being heavily intoxicated!
The nicest Target I've been to. They've made the lighting and decor more stylish to match the upscale area. Staff were friendly. But note that this is an express location​, so they don't have a lot of items. It's a fraction of the size of the downtown store.
Good location near navy pier and next to the river. Smaller target but good service and have a pharmacy, fresh products, wine and liquor. And a Starbucks.
