This target store is a large store with about 7-8 self checkout stand and enough cashier to assist the customers. The traffic is always very fast on weekends as I didn't spend more than 3 minutes online to get to the cashier's post. I decided not to use the self checkout point so I could get to review the staff attitude and relations. Lucky me, the cashier was a very friendly, smart, and happy person. I tried to be slow and asked too many questions to see how she would react, but her reactions were golden. The babies items corner is really fun to shop around. Every corner is of value for consumers who want to spend on average and get value for money. Have collected some interesting pictures for your reviews.
Unhelpful staff, cashiers didn't know how to ring in purchase using a gift card as partial payment. Had never been in a Target store before, and will never go in again! Went in with a $30. gift card, when I decided to remove one item, cashier had already put the gift card in a lock box and said she couldn't get it back. I said I wanted the gift card back and I would go to another Target to have someone who knew what they were doing. After over 10 minutes of trying to call for a supervisor, one finally came. She finally came, I only purchased one item to use up the gift card, and told them it was my very first, and definitely my very last visit to Target. I hate the item I bought, but I'd rather give it away than go back into Target again!
I went to this target store a few days ago, this is not my usual store but I was shopping at north shore mall. I was with my daughter and as we were leaving the store I noticed a man , looked like a security guard staring with a mean glare near the exit. I had a cart and left it to the side of the other carts . As we were just about to exit he starts to talk and I'm expecting him to say thank you for coming to Target, instead he gruffly scolds me about not going around and pushing my cart in with the others. I usually do this but honestly the cart stack was long and I wasn't even sure it would fit without hitting the exit door. If it is Target policy now to scold customers for not pushing carts in then I'm done shopping at Target. Just be thankful that I came and nice to customers. Not rocket science. Will not come here again.
I love my local target. Everyone is so nice. It’s super easy to order things in advance. But Is it bad that I wish they had a Pizza Hut/slushie machine instead of Starbucks
rudest employees ever. was kicked off a cart that you sit on when I had horrible cramps and could barely walk. was told the carts are only for mothers with lots of children, it was 9:00 at night, no children were in the store. I worked three years in retail, customers can be difficult I understand, but I was not fooling around nor causing a scene or being rude, there is absolutely no reason to raise your voice at a customer like that.
So is the pharmacy ever open? Been there twice during supposedly open hours and met with shutters. If you’re understaffed maybe update your hours so I don’t have to just guess when I can pick up my meds.
Target is just a perfect place. Especially the full sized well stocked locations like this one. Redcard holders get great perks.
This place is a disaster! Do not go here if you expect to gind anything in order. They do not pick up items that have been left or tossed on the floor. You will come across trash and food items in clothing areas. This store is quite disgusting with how blatantly disrespectful they are to the customer by not giving them a quality and clean experience of shopping in their store. I would put 0 stars if it were possible.
I go to this Target for the best prices on quality items. If for some reason I have a return, it’s always processed kindly and quickly.
Consistently under-stocked, cluttered, disorganized, lacking signage, and a downright mess. This is the worst target I’ve ever been to; it definitely doesn’t meet the target standard
