Target in Elk Grove, CA is my go-to shopping destination! The store layout is organized, making it easy to find what I need. The wide product range ensures I can tackle my entire shopping list. Friendly staff and great customer service create a welcoming atmosphere. Love the convenience and variety!
I love target but they do not answer any of their phones and that is quite frustrating. So i went in to speak to someone because cashier had forgotten to put one thing in my bag. At the service desk there four girls up there but only one working the rest were just talking and giggling with each other and as soon as they saw the line form they just ignored it and hid in the back and you could still hear them talking and giggling. Took 10 minutes for someone to come help the one customer service cashier with her line.
the cashier was rude and tossed all my items to the side and didn’t ask if I wanted a bag. Didn’t make eye contact, didn’t greet us and the next customer who was caucasian was greeted with a smile, asked about her experience at target and treated way different.
Target on Laguna in Elk Grove offers a wide variety of items for your home and health. The store is huge, well stocked with merchandise, and staffed to provide excellent customer service. Target was not busy and I was able to peruse the store, select my items, and quickly check out. Target promotes a COVID safe environment, masks, and social distancing. Is there a great place to shop especially online. The pickup area is pretty efficient. Although they may forget to remove the security tag so beware and if your bag beeps on the way out then just return to the counter cuz you never know what's in that security device. Regarding the never know I'm referring of course to ink or some other thing that may make for moving the security device prohibitive.
I lost my trust on target they did this two times around 3 pm or 4 I went to buy dvd the dvd says 5$ even the chasher showed the when I paid he try to rip me off 5$ each got 2 try charge me 15$ tax only 20.centor 50 cent he try rip me off he should be fired
A quick run for soap turned into HELL. I won't shop at Target again. Bought cotton balls and bath soap and it came out to 15+ dollars. The soap was only $6.19. I checked the tag and brought it to the clerk at the checkout. He was really shady and rude, which threw me off because I was not. Told me that I rang it twice, it was my fault, and to just get in the cust service line which was long. Looking at the the receipt I felt strange because even though it said 2, I didn't see any way that I could have double scanned it this time at all. Things happen but it just didn't seem right. I went back and told the clerk, and this time he just ignored me. The worst part was the shady unhelpful behavior. I was polite about being overcharged and I was gaslit for it. I have heard of retailers scamming customers at the self checkout. Double check your receipts shoppers ;
Admirable cleanliness and very, very well managed. Also the restrooms were super clean. Very helpful and kind staff!
It’s a good store but they need to work on the customer service experience as well as I am tired of them being out of products with empty shelves in the tech area , how hard is it to keep the items in stock? It’s 2020 you should NEVER be out of stock ESPECIALLY when your website says it’s in stock . For Realz.
Lots of clothes on the ground like nobody cares. Most of the store is clean. I did find the items I was looking for but the pictures tell you a lot about this store. You need to keep things off the ground if you want yo sell them as new.
