Store was half full. The fixtures were also on sale. Got some good deal
The staff at Buy Buy Baby were all helpful and great. The problem was the Paw Patrol Sky wind up bath toy. It didn’t work. Or I should say when you wind it , it works for about 3 sec. I don’t recommend this product.
This is my wife’s go to store. Seems like they are the best choice every time she shops around. The deals and the online coupons keep bringing her back. No complaints yet.
Horrible customer service. The girls behind the customer service desk don't know what their job is. I walked in and greeted them, then walked straight to the counter, they looked at me and proceeded with their conversation. Excuse me, I have a return. Then she said it's store policy not to take something back after 90 days. I don't want a refund, I want to purchase something else instead. This item is a carseat cover. Still on shelves. She said they can't do that. I did however locate their return policy online and it states I could get store credit. Don't think I'll be shopping here anymore.
Chris was awesome! He took time to help us get all the information we needed on the chairs we were looking at for our nursery. We ended up having to order the chair online because they didn’t have any in stock but we wish we could have purchased from Chris!
Someone kindly gave me a $30 BuyBuy Baby gift card Unfortunately you have to spend $35before tax to get free shipping. I eventually gave in and was determined to use the gift card on a baby mobile to help my son go to sleep in his crib. I really wanted to just buy it on Amazon cause they're dependable & fast so I'm totally regretting that I didn't. Buy Buy Baby is a mess. I could have picked it up in store but I have a baby during a pandemic and it was supposed to come in 2 days...now 10 days for 1 item and they don't even know when they'll get me my other 3 itemsincluding the mobile I was so excited aboutThey literally have the things in stock at the store 10 miles away but don't know when they can get them to me!!! I feel stuck and frustrated. Why would anyone want to shop this way!?!?
They have a poorly customer service. My husband went there to get me an Elvie breastpump, they gave us an opened plastic seal box but taped close on the bottom. When I first opened, everything was falling out, it wasn't organized properly. I noticed that the breastpump is poorly used because the silicone part on the pump changes color and there were nail mark and milk stains on the pump. We tried to return it to the store but they don't accept it because the seal was opened their employee gave us that box, wasn't seal at first and accuse us of lying. They told us to contact Elvie the manufacturer, but honestly what does manufacturer has to do with Buybuybaby selling a used pump? If they don't accept an opened seal item return then why do they have one in the store?
I feel very sad about Areeba's behavior. She doesn't know how to communicate with customers. She needs to relearn how to behave and handle situations with customers. Buybuy Baby is a large store in the US. The staffs need to be nice with the customer. I’m so upset.
Terrible customer service!!!! And do not stick to their word. My husband and I were shopping there. We got a ton of stuff and wanted to use our our $25 off $100. Long story short they gave us 20% off to items, which was no near $25. So I went back to get credit. The manager said if I bought one more item I would get my $25 credit because my subtotal was $93. So I bought one more item. Then they had to ring me up three times. With three different people and then only credited me $13! I am very unsatisfied with their service and upset!
Well not sure about other people but here I go, the selection is great from strollers to bouncers, yeah people like shopping online but you gotta see baby stuff up close, specially the wife. It's a pretty big store and not many people working so can you blame them if they are running around helping people with screaming kids, nope. There were two registers open at the customer service desk and they moved pretty fast. My only complaint would be parking, its tucked in between other stores and the parking lot as a whole is crowded, if possible i would have parked even further away if not for the downpour. I recommend this place especially due to all these stores closing down because of amazon and etc.
