Staff were super friendly and accommodating! Even though the store itself was a little cramped, there's an excellent variety of sports equipment & products to be found, even rivalling some of the bigger in space Big 5 stores I've been to. Lovely place, conveniently located as well.

I am not happy with the customer service. I needed to get an item and called ahead of time. I was told by the lady on the phone that they close at 8. I arrived at the store at 7:04 and they had just closed. Had I known that they were closing early I would have come right over. I even called and they would not take me in to get the one item.

Got followed down the store before I even walked in. Not only did they watch me they follow me downers followed me down and came at me two at a time. Poor customer service

It's a nice store in elk Grove and it is clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful. I went over there to get a pair of Adidas that it seems like the other stores or alcohol. Amazon was 2 weeks out. The price was a little higher compared to Amazon but I needed them right away. The stuff helped me find it and it did not take me long to get it wrong up and I was out of the door within 20 minutes. If you live in elk Grove no and patronize your local establishments.

Bought ammo here. The manager helping me was very slow. Said it was because she was new to the location and had to reset all her passwords. Hopefully future purchases will be quicker.

Had everything we needed. Excellent service. Came back a year later to leave a review because this store is amazing and I see I had left one before. Best customer service and always has what I need. This location never fails me!
