Best Buy seems to either be retaining employees longer and/or training them better. I've been encounter a noticeably higher percentage of helpful blue shirts. Got really good service at one of theirs their San Diego stores recently. And on my last couple of trips to the Elk Grove store, blue shirts went out of theirs way to help me locate items in the store.
Brought Blink cameras. Great product and it was on sale. Waiting time at the cashier was long but they opened up 2 registers. Items stocked compared to 5 months ago. They are professional, helpful and knowledgeable. 4 stars was an improvement from 3. I will shop here more often and hopefully improve to a 5
Excellent and knowledgeable staff.The customer service I had help from spent a Good hour with me and went through functions of equipment from a smart 4k screen to a sound system and knocked my socks off. I was taken care of like I was the important person in the room but mind you I was the first of his day but attention to my needs was met to my Amazement. Get there earlier in the day I was out the door and had Best Buy set Me up in a day after all the Holiday Rush. Purchased my electronics Dec.19, 2022.

Very good place for technology and parts. Plan to buy things on Black Friday because the products phone, iPad, lablets, TV, computers... are discounted in a big amount. Services are good, friendly, but a bit long. Better to make an appointment before hand.
Excellent customer service from Jai, he was very friendly and professional. He had a wide knowledge of products and gave me great recommendations on what headphones to buy. Will be coming back.
I had a fantastic experience here. There was a very tiny employee here who ate my feet completely off! Very helpful : I didn't want them anymore i'm so glad he ate them, toes and all! Mmmm yummy yummy FEET YUM BUG!
My husband&I have spent over a thousand plus dollars in the last two months at this store. The customer service is absolutely horrible!!!! I'm so disgusted!!! They wouldn't even put a screen protector on without charging me 15 dollars!!! After spending all that money!! Horrible!! I'll NEVER,EVER step my foot in there again!!! Shame on you, Best Buy!!!!!!!
The last two purchases I made for store pick-up have been disappointing! Both times I’ve had to deal with these two different girls with unprofessional customer service. The girl on the floor pointing me out to everything I need and even giving me advice has been so helpful, but the girls at the pick-up desk have not. It’s starting to become discouraging to even purchase anything at this location.
Outstanding customer service. I come here often and when the geek squad can't fix something they point you to a place in town that will. I'm also a total tech member.
