The Target customer service and return was easy and the staff member was friendly and polite. There is a Starbucks on the inside of the store. Store was kind of clean with a bunch of merchandise waiting to be shelved and a decent amount of empty shelf space through out.
#Target at Brier Creek in Raleigh, NC. Is this the best customer shopping experience you can provide? I stopped by to get clothes for my Mom, who is in the hospital. I had a hard time finding the item I was looking for. No mystery as to why.
I understand that it’s the holiday season and things are busy BUT there should be no reason why I should be waiting over 2 hours for a curbside pick up order. Do better, if it’s too busy you should turn off curbside pick up so that customers aren’t waiting hours and hours with no result. After two hours of waiting I had to leave, such a waste of time. Store needs a better action plan for the holidays

Had trouble finding a wallet tonight. Talked to an employee named Jade who was an absolute blessing. She helped me and my friend look and even took the time to go talk to her manager and other coworkers asking if they heard anything. She was absolutely amazing. Wonderful employee
The Target Store located in Bristol, Virginia, has a vast variety of products to choose from. This store is pleasant and quite inviting. I always feel like I have accomplished all my needs when checking out my purchase with friendly support staff within the Bristol, Virginia store.
I am writing to share my experience in the electronics department. The manager of the department was on duty as well as a trainee, Maurice. They were above and beyond helpful as well as professional. Although my situation with my phone was not resolved, through no fault of theirs, they educated me on the situation and helped alleviate a lot of anxiety! Thank You! Awesome young men and employees! For the level of activity and people this store sees, I’ve always been impressed with the level of attentiveness the employees show the customers as well as the cleanliness of the store. People tear this place apart and the employees are quick to put it back together. Very impressed.
This target is definitely not it…with it being the only one in Fayetteville is even worse. The place always looks ran through, nothing is ever in stock, and it’s overpopulated. Parking is ridiculous and drive up orders are sometimes incomplete. Management needs to do some serious work with staff and inventory.
This rating is for drive up at Target in Fayetteville. I want to say thank you to EMERALD and DAVID. Both of you are always so kind and respectful. It's always a joy to see either one of you. Target, give these 2 angels a RAISE!!!! They deserve it They are the only reason I keep coming back to drive up.
