Other than being very busy all the time it's usually a positive experience. Clean stores. Easy to shop. Easy to return. Good prices. I'll be back I'm sure.
The five star is for the cashier Marsha, she was very nice took her time checking the tags and prices, also she bagged my items carefully. I was not impressed with the shoe department, I couldn't find the sandals I was looking for because it was messy, empty boxes, empty shelves, shoes everywhere etc. The rest of the store was good.
If I could I would give this place less than 1 star except for the one guy with long hair running around asking people if the need help. Of course I need help, who can find anything with the store looking like a rummage sale just took place. This store sadly always looks like this. It is not the first time that I’ve gone in there like what the heck. Where is the store manager, district manager, anybody to see this and clean it up. Where are your workers period! I’d rather drive an extra 30 minutes than to go back to that store. Close it down and straighten it up so that shoppers like me can have a better experience.
The food aisles do not match the signage. Pudding cups show on the sign in one aisle, but were several aisles away under marshmallows. The folks stocking sent us from one aisle to another... The cashier was great, friendly, helpful, and just genuinely nice.
My pickup order was ready and the person at the service desk was very helpful explaining how the app works.
Great service , love the drive up options, it’s on point, and to hour, and my groceries are ready, I don’t go in the store anymore, but they need to choose better produce for a drive up options.
I had a Great Experience once I figured out that ordering the item before I went to the store was the way to actually GET the item. It was the Only Way in fact. And it worked out just fine.
Every morning that I go into this Target it’s the same experience. No one speaks, no one acknowledges you. There are plenty of employees that you encounter because they’re in the aisles restocking but they act like you are in their way and a burden to them. Multiple times I say excuse me to them to get to an item and they don’t say a word. Most of the time I have to wait for them to move. I understand it’s maybe 15 minutes or so after the store has opened BUT the store is open. Further, this morning one of the employees off duty literally almost hit me. I was in their crosswalk and she was speeding down the road. She proceeded to not stop at the crosswalk but to instead block it and park in the middle of it, get out of her car, walk in, and speak to all the other employees. Like if I didn’t move I guess I would’ve learned to moved today. We are supposed to be “guests” at Target? I don’t feel very much like a guest and this is not an environment that makes me want to keep shopping.
In general this Target is clean and well-organized. I've been coming here for a lot of years. I've encountered the occasional grumpy or difficult employee but overall they're not bad. The prices do tend to be marked incorrectly - usually at least one item per visit.
Starbucks’ inside this location service is terrible. The employees do not greet you and behave as though servicing you is a nuisance. They are often out of ingredients needed to make menu items… it’s ridiculous. The line is always long and you’ll most likely, waste your time waiting because they will tell you they don’t have something you want.
