I was in a panic looking for the ice pop flavor for my son. He really loves Prime. The young woman went out of her way to find me packs of the ice pop which was very nice and I appreciate it and I told her I would write a good review. I wish I would’ve got her name but I’m sure this helps out. Anyway, thanks again target!

Curbside is easy and efficient. Only problem, I NEVER use the bags but NEVER get credited the $1 for the 10 bags I DON’T use!!! Called manager of the store, guest relations and any other number I could find and they either didn’t understand or didn’t care because nothing was done about it!

Thanks to Avery for looking in the back for this rare blue cow! Wife really wanted to grab it and didnt see it out front. We appreciate you taking extra time for us.

Consumer Cellular mistakenly deactivated by sim card while sending me a new one. With no service and a run around. Jay at this Target helped get me reactivated. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. While I was waiting, I observed Eric helping another customer. He also was professional, personable, patient and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with Jay, and observing Eric. Thanks to both. Ron Cantarini

Love Target drive-up. It’s so easy and the team members are so courteous and helpful!

Store was very clean and the products they did have were of great quality however there was a lot of out of stocks therefore not much variety to choose from and the worst part was the customer service. I have worked customer service for 15+ years and I was very displeased with the employees tonight. The gentleman my husband spoke to on the floor was informative but lacked personality and honestly did not seem to like his job at all or to want to be there in the slightest. Then the employee in charge of the self check out lines was so disengaged that when we tried to thank him and say goodnight there was absolutely no response from him at all. He was not even facing us, it looked like he was checked out and in his own world.

Finally they are doing something to prevent thefts in the self-checkout. The lines moves faster now because they’re sending full carts to the checklanes. It only causes bottlenecks and thefts when they let in people with full carts. Lines are not moving when they catch shoplifters because they causes drama when they get caught. If you have a full cart, it’s common sense that you go to the checklanes. You’re only gonna slow down people with less items who just wants to go out the store faster.

I don’t recommend the drive up service here compared to Lake Elsinore and Menifee. I am use to 30 mins to an hour. This is the second time I’ve waited over two hours. I canceled my first drive up order but decided to give them another try. This is my last time. The reason is due to how busy they are.

Bought a special order birthday cake. Put the order in 3 weeks in advance. The "Happy Birthday" piping was JACKED UP!!! and i was a little surprised as my daughters namewhich is very uncommon was piped even better. I will say that the rest of the cake was done well and tasted absolutely amazing. Which would be why it is not less in stars. The cake was chocolate with whipped cream icing.
