My recent experience with picking up my online order was 100% customer satisfaction. Great customer service and fast with a smile. I love when I walk in a store and I am greeted with a smile makes my day otherwise I would walk back out. Great job Target.
I ordered online and received confirmation with the order number and store location that it was being prepared and should be ready in 2 hours. I waited two hours and went to the pickup desk. The manager Gustavo told me it wasn't in the system and they weren't preparing it. I asked if he could help me and he wrote the phone number for guest relations on a receipt and said I could call them. I was then on and off hold for 60 minutes with them. They kept insisting it was being prepared, while the manager told me they weren't preparing it. He told me I could go get the items myself and pay for them again. No apology or empathy, no offer to help or make things right. Very unprofessional all around.
Always enjoyed my purchases. Gabriel in the tech department at grossmont was very helpful with my Nintendo switch purchase. I should have done my research on it before I bought it but when I returned it the next day they were very helpful and I had no problems with the return.
I usually go here in the mornings when they first open, store is clean and employees are friendly. I haven't been here during busy hours so I don't know how busy it gets. Overall a great shopping experience at this Target.
WARNING! Public Health Threat Target knowingly sells products containing dangerous artificial fragrances. These products include laundry supplies, cleaning supplies, personal hygiene items... etc. Considering the data that is available today surrounding the toxicity of "artificial fragrances", I feel guided to bring awareness to this. The fragrance industry governs themselves and is greenlighting the use of chemicals that are already BANNED, RESTRICTED or deemed HAZARDOUS by many reputable authoritative bodies and government agencies around the world. Therefore, the production and supply of ANY product with the word "fragrance" in its list of ingredients is not only irresponsible, but also well documented as being harmful to our health. The average artificially scented product, be it lotion, hand sanitizer or laundry detergent, contains 100-300 synthetic compounds to create that fragrance. This is known as a CHEMICAL COCKTAIL. You and your family are unknowingly breathing and putting these chemicals on your skin everyday while going out to eat, going shopping, at the gym and at home. Laundry and cleaning supplies contain the most volatile of these toxins. I deeply appreciate this establishment and their stores have served me greatly over the years but I must encourage Target to remove and discontinue the availability of any item that contains the word "fragrance". For the well-being of your employees, the community, and the world, please stop. This is not an accusation or a demand, but an invitation to stand up for what really matters. I believe we all deserve to be healthy and breathe fresh air. And you have the opportunity and the power to impact this directly and immediately. The unregulated use of artificial fragrances in business and homes has reached the level of being a "Public Health Threat", similar to what happened with cigarette smoke 20 years ago. Target exists for one reason, to be in service to the community. And by allowing customers and workers to purchase and be exposed to definitively toxic chemical fumes and substances, they are are putting the community at risk. This is not just bothersome or simply a personal preference, products containing "fragrance" are now being classified by many health agencies as the NEW SECOND HAND SMOKE... Businesses and individuals will not be able to ignore this for much longer. The world is discovering just how harmful and unnecessary these chemical fragrances are. Many work places are already being forced to institute fragrance free policies from the plethora of health conditions people are developing due to exposure to artificially scented products. Health issues related to fragrance include, exema, asthma, migraines, ADHD, autism, hormonal disorders, birth defects, depression, autoimmune disorders... etc. I truly hope that Target makes this adjustment and implements a policy that regulates this. It is worth it. And for all individuals not yet aware of this phenomenon, please switch to unscented laundry, personal hygiene and cleaning supplies at home as soon as possible. The health of you and your family could be at risk if you use artificially scented products. This is not about right and wrong, it is about awareness and choice... and community. I know we are all doing our best. It is very rare for me to speak out over a societal issue like fragrance, but I feel this is the right time. My sincere gratitude for anyone who decides to contribute to a fragrance free world.
The employee went out of his way to find the movie we wanted. Great service!
I came here for the 1st time. I brought my service dog. I was about to begin shopping and then I was approached by a store employee that stopped me and said "excise me ma'am, just to let you know for next time- pets are not allowed in the store" I replied "why would you assume he is a pet" She responded "well, just for next time- pets are not allowed in" and she walked away. I did not shop here and never will. I took my dog and my wallet to Wal-Mart up the street where they are welcome. @Target- train your employees about the AMA.
Drove 30 minutes to this location to find an item they were showing and once I got there the employee said we are "-5 in our system". These people made me waste time and gas! It's very simple to adjust out items you are out of stock on from your inventory to stop misleading people to think items are in stock. Very frustrating!
In the last couple of months I've come to Target at Grossmont and shopped downstairs. Both times I was greeted by this wonderful girl called Danyella who with a big smile and proknowledge helped me find what I needed. So a big shout our to her.
I really like shopping at Target! The team members are always very helpful and I can always find what I need. The prices aren't bad either
