can never find any items I need here.. the place is always a mess. It looks like a tornado went through it, and on top of that the carts are full of merchandise,blocking aisles
This is my favorite place to shop however some of the workers at this location literally have zero idea what's going on and look lost most times when I come to them with a question. It's mainly the people working the registers. I'm not sure what the training program looks like at this store or if the cashiers are being properly trained but they are most times unaware of ongoing promotions, policies, etc. Yesterday an associate shrugged their shoulders at me when I asked about where the free first aid kit was and how the promotion worked because she was charging me for it. She didn't know what was going on so she called the manager over. The cashier walked away from her register just as I was being helped so she didn't hear what the manager said about the promotion. She came back a minute or two later and then asked me to explain to her how it worked - like huh? There are always items laying on the ground all over the store: shoe section, clearance racks, bras, etc. It's ALWAYS a mess and sometimes it's so bad that you cannot even walk through and definitely can't push a cart through certain aisles. Also, I am new at using the target app - and was unaware it can be used in stores because none of the cashiers ever mention the target app at checkout. I've missed out on so many deals and savings due to this. A lot of the workers just seem irritated and lazy imo.
I went in to get tampons by myself for the first time and I was really nervous and confused. One of the employees noticed and offered to help me out. I asked her for her name and she told me it was Ava. Thank you Ava for not shaming me or making feel more embarrassed.
Well…if you need household supplies or food items the best place around here is Market Basket. If you want order online and pick up I highly recommend Walmart in Salem NH; they even bring for purchases to the car for you. Stop wasting time and money in Target Haverhill. Sorry for those who love it here I know some of you do but I have more bad experiences than good.
It's like a one stop shop... U have Target, CVS pharmacy, Pizza Hut & Starbucks! What's not to love.?. Lots of parking including handicap parking/entrance and lots of friendly faces as u walk thru the door! Plus, it's the most colorful, clean and organized department store I've ever seen! The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the outrageous prices! ‍
Target in haverhill is my “go to” store. Staff is always nice and they always open registers when needed
I went to customer service for a price adjustment. I was informed that it would not be honored during the holiday season I went on the website, looked up the "competitor list" & their policy. Also, there was no mention about not honoring the "price match guarantee" during the holiday season. I went back to customer service & informed her that I looked it up online. She stated she was the manager & she couldn't honor it. I then asked her for the guest relations number, which I called. It was acknolwedged by guest relations that the item was eligible for a price match. I have a case number & will be going back tomorrow. I am hoping to have the same manager working. I will also have the case number just in case she decides to pull this again. This is not about the customer being right but it's more about the basis & principles of customer service!!
Always only one checkout line open at best. Place always looks picked over and messy
Not very busy. They have a nice selection of items and reasonable prices. The last couple of times we were there only the self checkout was available.
50 people working in the aisles, 2 employees at Starbucks, a line all the way across the front end waiting to checkout, and zero manned checkout aisles open. I kind of expect it at Walmart at this point, but as much as you pay to shop at Target... Come on, put someone on a register. You obviously can't use lack of staff as an excuse either.
