I always love shopping at this Target. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and the store is always very clean and organized. I work at an assisted living facility and bring residents here every month to shop and they always have a wonderful time. One particular associate, Jakari I’m not sure how to spell his name has gone above and beyond. He walked the ladies out, put their shopping bags on the bus, and then returned the buggy for them. They still rave about him. Thank you!
Would not recommend ordering items for pickup from this location. I placed an order for 9 items. None of the items were indicated as having low quantity. When I went for pickup 6 of the 9 were cancelled. When going to check the 3 of 9 items, they said had been pulled, only 2 were in the bag. I would recommend, stay home, order Amazon, your chances of getting your shopped order are much higher.
I love the staff here as well as the products available. I love the new Ulta that just opened up inside as well! Target always has been and always will be my favorite store. The employees at this location are very friendly and super helpful as well.
The drive up pick up service is a complete joke. I waited outside for 35 minutes before walking to the sidewalk door where there was a group of others waiting. We were told we couldn't stand on the sidewalk. The boy said they were doing the best they could on delivery despite the fact that all 7 of us customers there stated not one single order had been delivered in the time we were waiting. I went inside where I had to wait another 30 minutes just to even speak to someone. They have one employee at the counter. That's it. He is very friendly but seems new and overwhelmed. A manager would not come up nor obviously pitch in to help with the orders. I witnessed another order pick up employee tell a customer he did not have time to help as he was busy. The check out lines seemed to be moving quickly and were staffed but again, one employee at the customer service counter which has places for 3 employees. One girl took down the names of about 20 customers to go get our orders but it still took an outrageous amount of time. I will not be back to this Target, period. Nor will I recommend there poor service to anyone. Kroger, food city, and even wal mart all do a much better job with online orders and delivery and surprisingly even far superior customer service, even at the wal mart which is not know for their customer service. Management should be ashamed of the store and business they are running here.
The pick up is ridiculous. I’m currently sitting outside for almost an hour for 1 thing. This is my 3rd time here today trying to get one thing. I see the two girls come out every 20 mins. Why have this if this is the service that is provided? I could of been home and cooked dinner by now. I’m about to cancel my order
Such a pleasant experience at my all-time favorite Target! Sweet staff members and newly stocked items along with an easy time navigating to find unfamiliar items!
Ive been a loyal customer and familiar face to this store for several years while boycotting wal mart, but I stood around aiming to purchase a new t.v., but what do 2 of the kids in electronics do? Walk around in circles never bothering to ask, "need any help, sir?" The hell with it. I'm off to search market place and find one and save the use of my dam credit card. Screw ya
They're getting used to the redesign of target and locating things in there. But overall shopping was easy and quick. There were plenty of associates around to help you.
I am very pleased with my Target store! They have done everything in their power to accommodate guests while undergoing storewide renovations.
Saw someone else say don’t order pickup and seriously don’t. They’ll wait til the last second to say half your order isn’t available, so I tried to cancel the other half and it won’t let me. Called four times and the phone rang for five minutes each time until it timed out.
