This target has always been my go-to. I have been going to this location since I was a child and the service has always been top-tier. The layout is very easy to follow, and the staff is very helpful when you need them. However, my only complaint is how there is only ever two cashiers at one time, so of course, the lines do get very long. There is also only one self-checkout machine at this location and it is often closed or broken, which is really inconvenient.
Never had an issue before but today in the morning came. To buy bread for. My lunch and it was moldy. Lost time for my lunch. No apology or any concern in the customer service area. Hopefully they'll check all the bread batch it was not even expired. Just really upsetting because I wasted my lunch Time returning this item. I even explained the cashier hopefully I won't get. Sick since I had one slice of this bread, since spores are already in the loaf. . He only said oh not good. Like really.
My app was not working so I could use my 30% circle and one of the the staff was so kind to help me out.
I’ve left reviews before when I get offered gift cards .. LOL but this is my first actual review post! I’m a first time mom & people like the employee Raven are what make my life now just a little easier. My babies carrier doesn’t fit in the shopping carts so it’s hard to push stroller & cart at once. anyway, I asked some help from her to take the diapers to the front & she offered to open a register & take them out to my car! She didn’t sigh or try to get out of helping how it’s been in the past when I ask for help .. she made me feel comfortable that I asked for help. Don’t know her last name, but her name is Raven & that girl totally deserves a raise! Went 100% out of her way, so kind.. gives hope in humanity! MANAGER MATERIAL!
Went to store only self checkouts. Had to ask to be checked out. I stopped going to your competitor because of the self checkouts
