Went to pick up item. Had my bar-code which never work, refuse to get app. Had my red card with my name. Manager was rude, condescending and indignant. Never got my item, ripped up my red card, no great loss. Did call the general store manager to complain and she told me she will handle my concern. Positive side everyone in orange city is super helpful and nice always..
I’m sorry I hate to be doing this, but I have to be honest. Yesterday I went into target looking for some organic fruits and veggies. Couldn’t find any organic tomatos so I asked a worker where I can locate them, and he pointed me to them. When I picked up the small plastic of grape tomatoes, I noticed something moving inside between the tomatoes. To my surprise it was a German cockroach. I immediately gave the container to the worker and showed him the bug. He was visibly upset and so was I. He then proceeded to check all of the other tomato containers, and looked like he was taking them to the back. Whatever other produce I had in my basket, I put back. German cockroaches don’t come in ones, if you see one, there’s likely an infestation of them. They are disgusting. They carry diseases and it is just really upsetting to see this in a target. I know that if German cockroaches were roaming around produce I regularly purchase I would definitely want to know about it and that’s why I’m writing this review. I know that this Target just had a remodel and everything was all over the place but it might be time to hire an exterminator and throw away all the produce that is likely contaminated.
I was looking for insect repellent towelettes and couldn’t find them. A store employee actually had me follow her where they would be. We went to 3 sites but all they had was spray-on repellent. I thanked her profusely for her help and told her I was goinging to tell the manager what a great employee she was. As I was doing so the employee came up to me and handed me the towelettes. She found them in a 4th place. I was really impressed with her concern. That's one reason I love Target!
Targets a mediocre store but their employees at the port orange one are so rude! I was in the checkout and decided not to get this gift card, so I gave it to the staff member and she put it in her little “return” cart. Later I decided I wanted the gift card, so I go grab it out of the return cart and she rushes over to me. She takes the gift card from my hands, and she yells at me asking what I’m doing. She was so angry so I explained I was just going to self checkout to buy the gift card. Then she sarcastically told me: “You said you didn’t want it.” “Now you want it” Snarky and rude. I told her I changed my mind in a nice tone and she finally left me alone. I hope she gets fired.
Don’t believe when they say free 2 day shipping. Bought dry dog food online from Target twice now. First time it took 5 days to get delivered. It’s been 5 days since 2nd order and still have not received. I’m about out and this now a problem. This is not acceptable. I will looking for more reliable source for online dog food delivery. No more Target for me.
This store’s price match policy entirely depends on what employees you get, the employees range from fairly nice to extremely rude, the selection of items is awful most of the time, and the app doesn’t function in the slightest. There’s also been multiple times where items just straight up have the wrong prices.
The new renovations at Target on Dunlawton Ave. in Port Orange FL is a very pleasant shopping experience, I will be shopping there for sure from now on.
I love Target and the Target app, however, I wouldn't buy produce from this location, it almost always is rotten/rotting. Or you get a bag of potatoes and come home and they're moldy.
I come here often but never received such amazing service until today. Tony was very helpful. Went out of his way for me and helped me find what I needed. Super friendly and would come back.
Love going to Port Orange Target. It is very well organized. Love Magnolia Items and all the other services provided.
