We went in close to closing time and my husband was looking for pants for his grandmothers funeral but couldn’t find his size. The sweet employee Cassandra took time out of her closing duties to find the pants. She didn’t seem bothered at all and was super helpful. Thank you Cassandra!
Asked an employee to watch a cart FULL of items while I took my 6 yr old to the bathroom. He told me to put it at the end of the checkout directly in front of bathroom, and he would watch it. He was busy doing nothing and eating candy. We came out two minutes later, and the cart was gone. Found a manager and they had taken cart to customer service, and it had go backs piled on top of it. ZERO apology from the employee that originally helped me, and we left with my daughter crying because I didn’t have time to sort through the cart. Terrible customer service, and no accountability for their employees. Total lack of integrity from the original employee that said he would help us. Shame on you Target.
I’m frequently at this location and overall enjoy it. However, the clothing and shoe sections are almost always messy. The dollar spot and seasonal items are often out of stock. I hate being pestered by the phone salespeople back in the electronics section and was recently told that they don’t sell stamps, despite an internet search stating that they should.
This Target is a mess. Clothes thrown on the floor, product in random places, open food containers. If I wanted to shop at Wal-Mart I could have just gone down the street. Target is suppose to be nice, organized, clean and structural environment. Get it together TARGET
The staff in the electronics section was very helpful. William and his co-workers helped me get exactly what I wanted and answered my questions. The time they took to help is very rare among franchise stores and I was very happy with the service.
They need to issue a curfew and get the teenagers out of the store. They trash the place and have no respect and are not buying anything. Horrible shopping experience on weekend nights
The store was inundated with teenagers running amuck and trashing the store. One set of teens had an air horn they were using to frighten guests and employees. If you don’t mind telling teens to get out of your way while you shop then this is the store for you. Extremely disappointed in Target for not protecting their customers and employees.
Hunter, Katrin, Aidan and Gina are a heck of a team. I'm sure I'm getting Katrin's name wrong, sorry, but she helped me save even more on my purchases through their app. Customer service like these folks displayed is very rare nowadays. Eight stars!
Nice store but no place to sit down at the front doors. I’m handicapped and was having trouble walking and no bench to sit on. Put the fricken benches back
I love the QC store! The store employees are fantastic every time I’m there and need assistance. Joseph in the food department helped me with a couple items and then walked me over to an associate in beauty to help me with the next things on my list. Every person who helps me has been so great and keeps me coming back to this location.
