The staff was very helpful and attentive. They have all the cool things my teenager wants. The prices are a bit on the higher side.
Found a pair of jeans for my daughter today on the clearance rack. She tried them on and the clerk mentioned if I buy two I get another pair half off. I said oh well these are clearance Jeans. She took them and said they are not on clearance and were marked wrong. She showed the manager and they took the tag off and repriced. Didn’t honor the price with the tag I found them for. Never have I even had a store not honor the tagged price. We literally had them, tried them on, and when my daughter came out of the dressing room she literally took them from us, went to the manager and retagged them, came back and said ya sorry the tag was wrong but if you want them I can get them back to you once we retag it. So beware they will change tags on you prior to checkout.
Friendly but I heard from the employees that corporate directed them not to allow use of their restrooms. No big deal, went over to Ross next door and they let me use theirs. Mind you, my initial reason for visiting the store was not to use the restroom but rather to buy a hat.
Was at the QC location, while checking out I asked to see an item in the case. I informed the cashier i would like to purchase this item also. She informed me that my transactions was completed already and that I would have to get back in line to purchase this item. Had it not been a cmas shopping gift I would have walked out. This is a great reminder of why I shop online ! Will not shop here again.
We went on 5/28 at 7:55 unaware that they closed at 8 on Saturdays and none of the employees were welcoming at all, specially one with a shaved head in a black beanie. He made sure to point out to us that they closed 10 minutes ago very rudely while I was trying to hurry to try on clothes so we could get out of their hair as soon as possible. Will not be returning to this location.
The customer service was amazing! The cashier was very nice. And Lily made sure we found everything easily. Great experience.
Took the teenagers in here for part of their back to school shopping. I'm not crazy about most of the little tiny piece of cloth they have for clothes lol, but I have to admit their wide selections of backpack was AMAZING!! One teen got one and was very happy about it. One teen spent his hard earned money on some cool shirts they had for 2 for $30.
Can I still shop here as a mom of 5 without people making fun of me for dressing too young? Seriously though, I would buy everything in this store. So many cute styles for all my moods. I guess instead I'll just dress my kids in it all. The employees that work here are super helpful but not annoying. I have boys and girls that love shopping here. Ages vary too. Plus, if you have kids that go to a school that requires uniforms, we love the rsq pants.
Sidewalk sale made the store look absolutely cheap I felt as if we were at a fashion where everything is on the sidewalk and at a steep discount. The girl at the door was just staring at us, didn’t greet us even tho I asked a few questions my party laughed since she was not a statue. We looked around inside by the first 2 tables and left.
Cute outfits. Went to grab a skate board for my daughter. Minimal selection but she picked one out and was very happy. Customer service was great.
